Comment:
His study guides are statements not questions and do not help much at all. You can barely tell what he is writing on the board and pronounces words wrong. Asked to come in before a test for help he said no haha. Very old school doesn't use PowerPoint. Do not take him!!!

He was a nice, smart guy but very unclear & contradicted himself often. I had a 4.0, never missed class, went to him for extra help & still got a C. His tests were impossible even if you studied and did the problems successfully at the end of the chapter, he made the tests very confusing!I would DEFINITELY recommend taking a different teacher!

This is a very diffucult and time consuming class. The Papadakis did almost a lot of in class work, but never explained it, so your left confused as to how to answer questions, he doesn't offer much useful outside help. Bottom Line if your taking a heavy class load avoid this teacher, he expects too much of students.

If you listen well enough to understand him, he knows what he's talking about. May over complicate certain aspects, but is educated nonetheless.

Papadakis is really a good teacher. Had him for lab & was open to questions - the more you ask questions, the better he likes you. He's Greek (I think) and a little hard to understand - but it's not too bad. Just do good work & don't annoy him (like by staying after 10:30 pm ... )

I think he is a good teacher. He is very helpful and overall a nice person. His lectures are not confusing, they are actually very organized. If you do your homework and ask questions it is easy to get a good grade in his class.

I found Papadakis to be entertaining and a good teacher. His lectures were clear, and he was always willing to answer questions. He also made it extremely clear what was going to be on tests. Anyone who complains about Papadakis is just whiny or way too lazy. This class was fine, especially for a community college, I actually learned something

I feel obliged to put a good word in for this guy. Not only did he have to take over Dr. Kling's class after he passed away, but he was very helpful and specific with chem. Thanks! At first his accent seems a little difficult to understand, but you get used to it after awhile. He lectures quickly, but read the book ahead of time. You'll learn much.
