A great professor who knows what he's talking about. Lectures are boring but provide a lot of good information, but in order to succeed you must read the textbook chapters he provides. Going to lectures and reading the textbook will get you an easy A. The first few weeks are boring but he grows on you and I ended up really liking him and the class.

Professor Green is incredibly disorganized in his lectures. He gives little information about each topic and often trails off on to tangents about an unrelated topic during lecture. He is almost impossible to reach outside of class and won't respond to any emails no matter how important it is.

One of the least productive classes I have ever taken at UD. He has a good heart but goes on long tangents that have nothing to do with the course. He assigns weekly readings but none of them match his lectures. He sends out a study guide approx. 48 hours before exams. this is the only way to be prepared & they are about 12 pages long filled out.

Professor Green is the most unorganized Professor Ive ever had. He told us about tests and quizzes just a few days in advance which was extremely unfair. His lectures made no sense because he went on random tangents so I purely had to use the textbook to learn anything. Id never take him again.

He really is a great lecturer because he enjoys the material. Granted, his power point slides are extremely disorganized, but as long as you listen to what he has to say and READ you will be fine.

Tests are all short answer (only 2 + final) and the only grades for the course. After TA's grade & he reviews all exams to take off more points. Lectures are hard to follow and so boring. He was so rude all semester & during the final announced that he specifically picked the terms that would be hardest for the class. No canvas page either. Awful.

This class was not on Canvas. Once given the syllabus you cannot lose it because the assigned readings are on it and not posted anywhere else. The prof does not respond to your emails. Grading criteria is not clear. Lectures are not helpful. TA's are the only helpful ones. I feel I didn't learn anything. Boring, looked up every term on google.

Horrible. He went on tangents the entire class about random things and I never knew what was going on. I stopped going to class because it was a complete waste of my time. He doesnt even have a CANVAS PAGE. He never responded to my emails and we had to rely on a paper syllabus that had errors on it. Boring and does not even teach material.

I read these reviews before starting the class and thought some of the claims were exaggerated. However, looking back they were all accurate. He loves to ramble and go over material he has already covered. I went to all the lectures but unless you write down what he says, it's not worth going. Study hard for the 3 tests and you should do fine

Horrible professor. I genuinely learned nothing in this class and like other reviews have said he just rambles on about absolutely nothing. My notes make no sense and he never explains anything. Don't bother going to class, just fill out the study guide he gives you and you're guaranteed a B.

If you actually want to learn anything about global politics don't take this class. Prof Green rambles on for HOURS during lecture, super unorganized and you will learn nothing. If you do have to take this course, only go the day he gives out the study guide and exams. The exam is literally the study guide so fill it out and you'll be fine.

The entire course is 3 written tests. Gives you study guides that tell you everything he might ask on a test. Really interesting professor, the material itself is relevant and interesting. I don't know how people pass without going to class, as long as you write down what he says you'll be fine. Overall, pretty relaxed and easy course.

I would not recommend buying the textbook for this class. He does not really follow the syllabus because he goes on tangents and gets very far behind. If you attend class, the answers to the test are all in his lectures. There are 3 tests and he gives you a very helpful study guide.

He clearly lays out what he expects from you in the class; 3 in-class tests with terms and open-ended questions regarding the course material. Can tell he loves the material because he goes on tangents A LOT which causes us to be behind course material but it really doesn't matter because he only puts questions based on what we could cover in class

Not a bad prof or class. Only graded on three essay exams but they're not bad. Just use the study guides and know how to google.

His jokes aren't that bad. Three midterms, fully written. Gives you a study guide which gives you the opportunity for an A. Know how to use google and you will do well in the class.

Professor Green is okay. The class is graded off of 3 tests. The tests are all writing, with essays and key concepts to define. Reading the textbook is not necessary. You don't have to attend class because he gives you the study guide (which is the test 1 week before the test). Most of the answers can be found online. The class is boring anyways.

Basic intro level college class. Only 3 exams, 5 IDs, 2 short answer, and one essay. Gives study guides that are great, an A is possible if you write a lot and give details. Great professor, I loved his tangents and sarcastic comments about issues, you can tell he likes IR. Would definitely recommend him. Readings for HW are not necessary.

Terrible teacher. Goes on tangents and doesn't teach the material. If you have no clue about history, don't take this class. He will teach you nothing and you will have to do all of the work yourself. If you know the material, its a different story. Hands out review sheet prior to midterm with a list of 4 essays and key terms. 2 papers also

Professor Green is awesome. Very laid back guy, loves going on tangents about material but if you are interested in political science and history then you won't mind at all... Exams very easy; he gave a study guide with all material prior to exam. Easy for a breadth and very informational for the major.
