I love this professor! She is so kind and really cares about her students and their success. Her grading criteria is clear, but if you have questions, her office hours are lifesavers. She has made me consider going to grad school for sociology, so yes, she's an amazing professor! 5 RR's, and weekly forums when there's no RR due. Also offers e.c.!!

Professor Cullity is very nice and helpful, she makes sure that all her students are comfortable. She provides good feedback on discussions and RRs. She responds to all the emails very quickly and ensures that you understand everything. I would recommend her and this course as well.

This was also my second time taking professor Cullity and she really is a great professor. She grades pretty simple and gives good feedback to improve on the next post. Only 3 quizzes and the rest were forum post or reading responses. At times it was confusing figuring out what was due but she was very accommodating to everyones questions.

I love Professor Cullity. This is my second time taking her so I knew what I was getting myself into. She does assign a lot of work (usually 2-3 hours of reading with a 2-3 page paper every week) but it is all very relevant to class material and you really do learn a lot in her class.

Awful professor. Worst Ive ever had to be honest. Unclear syllabus, no grading rubric, no assignment schedule. Insane workload/expectations. Dont bother ever asking for help or reaching out with concerns because she will berate you and go as far as to belittle the rest of your class to you. Completely unprofessional, avoid if at all possible.

She is very rude. I asked her to help me understand more about a group project and she responded and said "its not that hard people do projects all the time". Also very unorganized class and she gives so much work. Very bad at explaining things also. Do not take her it was the worst class

An insane professor. She tells you absolutely nothing about what she expects and gives you no direction. For the weekly RR's, she asks that it be 2-4 pages and when you write something within that frame, she tells you it's too short. She contradicts herself and is so scattered. I have never had a professor so disorganized. DO NOT TAKE

Lazy teacher and a bad writer but expects a lot out of us. I got A's on everything so far but she is horrible. Super bias readings and excessive amount of reading and writing. Such a time consuming course and no video or audio lectures. Just assigns readings and writings to do. Boring and not an effective educator. Do not take until she changes.

Professor Cullity is very kind and approachable if you have any question or concern. This class made me learn and grow as a person. She has weekly assignments that require reading and writing a response about it. Her class is set up very clear so if YOU dont do the work dont expect to pass. However, her class can get pretty lecture heavy.

Very knowledgeable/passionate. Lots of reading/writing, but she gives a lot of feedback that is very helpful/valuable. Listen to it/use it!!! Class seems like a lot and intimidating at first, but if you are looking for a class where you want grow in your writing and as a person this is the class for you! The free write is my favorite!! Take her!!!

You are given a week to do the homework. There are times where the homework is a good amount but it is manageable once you understand what she wants. She clearly tells you how she will grade and there are weekly quizzes on the reading which you get 2 tries. Just do the work and you will pass easy. Great and interesting class.

Her workload is INSANE! Every week you will have to read on average about 4 to 5 articles Which can consist of 10 or more pages and also read the class book in order to complete your reading reflections, this is not a class you want to take if your school schedule is already packed this class requires a lot of your time.

Im taking this class online and it is so overwhelming. Her guidelines are all over the place and it is difficult to understand what we are expected to do and what the deadlines are. There are no audio lectures and way too much information in multiple different places, making us search for things in multiple spots and making it really unclear.

Not done yet but I have never been so upset by any other class in my life. I also have never been in an online class and been so confused by what is supposed to be done each week and in what order. It is so scattered and feels chaotic. She has an overwhelming number of typos that make it so hard to even understand what she is saying. Do not take!

This a THREE!!!! unit class. She justifies the amount of work by saying it is a "400" level class and class is once a week, therefore it should be challenging. I took higher 400 level classes and they were all FOUR units and they had no where NEAR THE AMOUNT of work she had make us do. Talks for 3 hours STRAIGHT!!!! NO BREAKS!!

LOVED HER! Yes yes she makes you work for your grade but so what? welcome to college. I'm a biology major and I'd never taken a SOC class before this. So glad the only SOC class I had to take happened to be with prof. Cullity. She's passionate and well informed about the material. She taught me things that I can use in my daily life.

I have never worked harder in a class before but I also have never gained so much knowledge. This class is one you have to put work into but if you do, you will gain so much.
