he rambles way too much with pointless stories that take up too much of class time, he goes off on tangents so much that he even loses track of where he was up to on his notes, calls on people unexpectedly and asks irrelevant questions, although i did pretty good in his class i was very frustrated and annoyed by him and would not take him again

Lectures are 80% useless storytelling and 20% content. I found his class incredibly frustrating, even though it is not difficult to pass. You MUST take notes, and do well on the tests. Your grade is comprised of 3 tests, all of which have opinionated questions. I am not easily offended and I even agree with his politics, but he is a horrible man.

If you ever get the chance to take this professor for BUS 130 do it. There are three exams in the entire semester that are from the lecture. His lectures are very entertaining and you learn some great things about life in general. Easily one of the best classes I've ever taken.

He is a hilarious professor and teaches by telling stories. It feels like your not even sitting in a lecture. He usually does not give homework. Only have 3 tests and they are all based on your notes from class and he goes over everything. Definetly would take again. One of very few classes I felt like I learned any real life lessons or knowledge.

Professor Reville was an absolute pleasure to have, has many great stories to pertain to the class and is very knowledgeable in his field. Knows how to keep the class interesting and engaged.

Good teacher and lawyer. The class took a walk to the court house one morning and saw him in action. He got all his cases dismissed for his clients. He gives almost no work, 3 tests, and interesting lectures.

Honestly, I loved Reville, he is my favorite professor at Iona. He's so funny, he's probably the only conservative on this campus. There are three tests including the final, no homework, and no papers. I had to be out of school for about a month and Reville was so helpful, he just kept telling me to get better and not worry about class. Take him!!

Reville is the funniest teacher and he is not a liberal. I loved his class and I'm taking another one of his classes. His tests are very easy, no reason you shouldn't pass. His lectures are very funny he tells many interesting stories. You can't go wrong with Reville. I messed up on one of the tests or else I would have an A

There is absolutely no classwork , no take home worksheets, no groupwork ... lectures turn into story time & 3/4 of the lecture is a blur . Your grade is based off 3 tests and if you dont ace them all, thats pretty much it. Not too fair that 3 tests is all we have to show for a course and thats all that shows for our knowledge in the class

I love this teacher. He's super funny and makes his lectures interesting so you remember the content (he tells alot of personal stories but I don't mind those) you need to study what he tells you to or you will not pass. His tests aren't that hard, but it's not an Easy A. I didn't use my textbook that much.

Loved him! His stories may seem pointless but they are actually the notes so pay attention. If he says something will be on the test it will be. Only 2 tests during the semester and the final exam. Take him! As long as you study then you will do amazing.

He's great and straight forward. he tells amazing stories that take up most of the time. 2 tests that are straightforward and mandatory extra credit. Pay attention to him and listen and you'll do great. i really enjoyed taking this class

If your a business student and have the opportunity to take Reville, TAKE HIM. Guys a riot, tells the funniest stories, very clear-cut on what needs to be done. Very little work, easy exams, mandatory extra credit assignments that are a breeze, just an all-around awesome guy/teacher. Do whatever it takes to take him. you definitely won't regret it!

Reville is the man! he intersperses his own life experiences into the lectures, which are usually hilarious stories! Tests are based straight from the notes and his lectures. not a lot of homework either.

This guy is the man! His lectures are all about his stories basically pertaining to a bunch of cases he has had as a lawyer. The guy knows what he is talking about. You just have to take a little notes for each class. There are 3 tests through the semester and 2 extra credit assignments. This class is an easy one to pass.

My favorite professor at Iona. I took him for Business 100 (Intro) and Business 130 (Law). Funny, easygoing, loves to talk. Tells funny stories. Teaches material in a clear manner. Gives extra credit opportunities. Tests are straightforward, no tricks.
