If you like Psychology-take any of his classes. He's a very relaxed, easy-going guy, and pretty darn funny too. It does get technical with Psychology of Language, but it's worth it-pretty fascinating class.

Best prof Ive ever had. So chill. I never thought Id look forward to a stats class. Lenient with due dates, lets close out early, and cancels class if were caught up on material. Gives study guides and allows a helper sheet for tests. Hes hilarious, his lectures always make me laugh. Really just wants everyone to do well. FAV

Dr. Brown is the best professor I've ever had in my college experience. He facilitated my first experience with research in a lab and was instrumental in sending me to a graduate program at an R1 university. I've taken multiple classes with him, and psych of language rules, but he even teaches RM1 with brilliance, finesse and intellectual prowess.

He's a really nice guy- definitely knows his stuff. The topics can be a little boring, but he's a really interesting professor. Tests are tough and cover a lot, BUT he gives you a study guide, and the tests are directly from it. No midterm or final, just 4 unit tests and 3 essays on topics of your choice. Extra credit. Recommend. *nod your heads*

Dr. Brown is an amazing prof. He is hilarious and super laid-back. He made even the most difficult subjects easy to understand (even math!) and is a very easy grader. He doesn't try to confuse students with trick questions or complex language. Also, he lets class out early almost every class, and often takes "sick" days. Nice bonus :P

Really great teacher! Lenient with due dates, makes things easily understandable, funny, super nice, and cares about the students experiance and grade. Doesn't make things difficult just to be difficult but cares more about the student actually learning the material.

Tracy is the love of my life in Psychology tbh. He is so smart and funny and just generally goofy. He has some really great stories about statistics and will help you get through the class, but you have to earn it.

Had to read a LOT. And write lengthy exams. The tests were tough and covered a lot of material. BUT he is an amazing professor. So kind hearted, intelligent, and patient with his students. He always tries to answer any questions and is available outside of class for any other needed help. The class was tough, the professor was wonderful.

Exceptionally good statistics teacher; phrased things accessibly to facilitate student understanding. Didn't overwhelm us w/material or skimp on detail, a perfect balance between informativeness and basic concepts. Sometimes I wished he didn't set the class up to find the material boring (we're in the class for a reason and want to be there! :) )

Dr. Brown is a real homie! Grant it, a good grade isn't going to just fall into your lap, but he truly wants all his students to succeed and feel proud in their work. He's not only an inspirational psychologist who quite obviously takes his job very seriously, but first and foremost he's a human with a big heart and that really shows.

Take every class he teaches if you would be so lucky. He is a rare gem. KNOWS his stuff AND teaches you what he knows in a clear and accessible way. You will never fear math again. He writes his own text material and it is exactly what you need to know to understand statistics. I will take his materials with me to graduate school. So funny & kind.

He is very passionate about research methods and can be a very entertaining lecturer. It is tedious material, so he tries to liven it up. He does get side tracked very easily though. I wish he would have done more hands on exercises instead of just giving out worksheets. He was always available to help outside of class. He doesn't like textbooks.

Dr. Brown is my hero. Just. He is perfect in every way. He's been teaching for 30-something years and unlike most professors teaching that long he hasn't gotten grumpy or boring. He KNOWS what he teaches and tries to make it as fun as possible. He's funny and super, awesomely honest. He went on a rant about how much he hates exams --during an exam
