Professor Crosby's class is straightforward and simple to pass as long as you do the work. Watch his YouTube lectures which he provides extra information on each chapter as well as reading yourself because he will have 2-3 short answer questions on each quiz. As long as you actually read the chapters and turn in everything on time you will do well.

Loved his class. He'll definitely teach you what will be on the exams but you HAVE to read your textbook at home... he won't cover some things in class just to make sure we are doing our part. Besides that, his lectures are pretty simple. Pay attention and you will do great!

He made the lectures interesting and engaging, really open to clearing up any confusion or questions. There's essentially no homework in the class but your grade almost entirely relies on the three exams and a paper, which require you to read the textbook, he won't cover enough in the lectures alone to pass the exams. Big on critical thinking

Professor Crosby is a funny, excellent teacher but his INR class is fairly difficult in that you must read the textbook and fill in the blanks that were left out of his lectures. The grading boiled down to 3 tests, final paper and online quizzes, all 20% each so if you fail a test it's hard to get an A in the class.

Professor Crosby is my favorite professor I have ever had! I wish there was INR 2 so I could have him again! He offers 5 points extra credit on each exam unit if you don't skip class or use your phone. His online quizzes and exams are easy, and the essay is long but he is not a tough grader on it. I was expecting to fail this class but got a 98!

His class is a bit lecture heavy but he makes up for it with plenty of cheesy dad jokes. Definitely an engaging class. His rubric is completely straightforward, you know what you're getting yourself into pretty early on. Be sure to make it to class on time everyday, the attendance points definitely help on his exams. And, READ THE CHAPTERS!

Professor Crosby is hilarious and his method of teaching is lecture based. There are barely any in class activities. If you like the subject youll do great. Homework is just online quizzes based off reading (you need the textbook). Only bad thing is that in every text there is an essay portion and he grades those harshly.

This class was the hardest I ever took. Its not hard because I didnt understand its hard because his tests werent accurate he would choose only certain part on things we read, its a three ch exam why am I being tests on one chapter. Prepare to read, easy quizzes, lectures in class take notes, one final essay. 3 unit exams. Hes really nice.

Took his INR class at west campus. He may know his field but being an expert in a field and being able to teach others about that field are two different things. He is not a good professor. He should be mindful of the class, not a speaking machine that sets people up for failure.

Professor Crosby was a great professor when it came to teaching. He takes his time, participates with students and is always reliable to answer questions . Although, his exams can be very difficult, He lets you have half of an index card for notes on exam. However, there is ONLY 3 exams graded through the semester. NO extra credit or homework.

Professor Crosby is e very nice guy, just that his lectures are not complete. You will have to make your own research in many lectures and study very hard in order to do well on your exams. class is mandatory and will not accept any tardiness.

I had the worst experience with him. He doesn't cover everything in class. His study guide is useless. He tests us on chapters that we didn't take it at all. And all his tests and exams are the only thing you're graded on. If you did bad on one of the tests .. good luck!!

I was not looking forward to taking this class at first, but Professor Crosby made it fun, engaging, and my favorite class! Anyone considering taking this course should definitely enroll in Professor Crosbys class. Although the class is very lecture heavy, his sense of humor and understanding of subject matter makes content meaningful.

You get extra points added towards your exam if you get to class early and not use your phone. Test on 3 chapters and there are only 3 tests and 1 paper. Possible essay questions are given and he chooses one at random. If you do not turn in your paper before you will get a D or less in the class. Pretty funny professor.

Prof Crosby's lectures are the best. I learned something new at every class and had fun while at it. You don't have to worry about homework or group project, you only have to study for the 3 exams (also no final) and a research paper. He let's you take one note card to the exams. Take this class if you actually want to learn something.

Crosby is a solid professor who teaches politics based on facts, rather than personal opinions &/or beliefs. He only lectures on certain topics in class, and you have to learn the other topics from reading the textbook. He gives study guides for his 3 exams. There are also online chapter quizzes and one critical paper. You have to work for the A.

Professor Crosby made it clear that in order to pass you must put in work, study, and show up. His lectures always kept my attention and he treated all of his students with kindness and respect. The textbook is very important in this class and is a great source to study for tests and quizzes. Overall, Professor Crosby is an outstanding teacher.

Prof Crosby is so funny. I was not looking forward to this class at the beginning of the semester but it was so much fun. Every week you have a chapter quiz but they are super easy and mostly cover the vocab words. There are 3 unit exams with a written response but the class average was probably an 80 on the exams. I would take him again 4 sure.

Mr. Crosby is a very engaging teacher and explains everything in depth! If you pay attention, take notes on the chapters you read, and ask questions you are sure to pass. He's very funny with his lectures and answers each question with the necessary answer and more. He actually teaches and knows what he is talking about.
