Do NOT take this class. This was the worst class I've ever taken at UD. Lectures made absolutely no sense and he would spend so much time coming up with elaborate examples to explain a point that takes 2 seconds to understand. Tests are 90% book (which he doesn't teach AT ALL, not even related) and 10% lecture. Attendance is MANDATORY. Do not take

Interesting class but has confusing and disorganized lectures that don't make any sense and are completely separate from the text. He's very monotone so bring coffee if you want to stay awake. Extremely hard exams. You won't pass without reading the book! 4 exams, optional final, and confusing group project. Bad at giving clear directions.

Attendance is graded. Hes confusing but kind of funny. Tests are weird, and SUPER hard, separated by lecture and text, he doesnt lecture text but sometimes it overlaps. tests are part multiple choice(hard but reasonable) and part TF on lecture, these questions are confusing and impossible. He assigned a project after class ended. Optional Final.

SO BORING. lectures make NO SENSE. he's ALL over the place and never makes a point. I did not learn a single thing and studied extremely hard to pass exams but always received the same grade on them.

Worst class to take. He doesn't even touch the book in his lectures but expects you to read 3 chapters a test. He absolutely is confusing and one of the worst professors I've had. I got a C + in this class and went to class every day, read all the chapters and studied for days for his exams. Ridiculous.

lectures are very confusing and textbook is awful!90 question exams with 30 lectures questions at the end are ridiculous. you have to learn everything in the book on your own. i learned more from the grad student who filled in for him than i did all semester with kuhlman. stay away from this class drop it now! never worked so hard for a C!!!

I have never worked harder just to obtain a C in a class in my whole college career. If anything do all the readings, attend EVERY class, and go to office hours as frequent as possible. Would not recommend.

Challenging upper level psyc course. 4 exams, T/F with optional final. The material should be common sense but the research & studies he goes over only complicate the whole message of the course. Very thorough, almost often too thorough. More than 60% of the class received a C or lower in the course. He is easily too smart for his own good.

He is a great guy. However this class is brutal. EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND TEDIOUS TRICK TRUE FALSE QUESTIONS and it is all analyzing charts and graphs. Most kids did not do well at all. Expect a C if you are lucky.

This was the worst class I have ever taken at UD. His lectures are mandatory and I've never struggled so much to pay attention. As soon as he talked I would zone out. The exams are 20 mc questions from 3 chapters in the book (which he doesn't even teach and are 50 pages each) and then 30 t/f questions from the lectures. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS.

I took two of his classes at the same time, his interest was obviously higher for this class. He was interesting and had a clear passion for the material. Lectures were easy to understand and textbook reading was very short and easy. Tests were fair and all true/false. Overall I really enjoyed this class but did not like his PSYC370.

He is very nice and has a funny dry sense of humor. The lectures are easy to understand but a little boring. The tests are long and separated by class material and textbook material. Reading the entire chapters is absolutely necessary. Overall material is interesting but not varied.

I would not recommend this class unless you like to teach yourself everything from the text book. He does NOT go over it in class. Attendance is MANDATORY. Lectures are boring. He repeats things over and over.

it's the best of the group options but still an awful class. you HAVE to go or at least get someone to sign you in every day. all the power points are online and the book is essential. read it carefully because his questions are nit picky and really know the powerpoints. it's a good class to sleep in.

5 exams- last exam is optional & lowest is dropped. Lectures aren't interesting but can sign in & leave- lectures are online. Tests=mostly book work & he asks random/obscure Qs so take notes on every detail of the chapters, BUT he is so nice & the class is not bad- grading scale is set easier so I came up with a better grade than expected-Recommend

Hes NOT as bad as these ratings make him sound. These people are lazy looking for an easy A. This class makes u WORK! If you understand HOW the class works youll be fine. Read CAREFULLY. He says in the syllabus the lectures and readings should be viewed as TWO SEPARATE things. Hes very helpful and is very funny with a dry sense of humor. A nice guy

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! His lectures are boring and he takes forever to cover even one subject. Attendance is mandatory, probably because no one would show up for the class otherwise. Tests are ridiculously knit-picky. He never goes over anything from the book but it covers 3/4 of the exam material. The textbook is somewhat interesting at least I guess

IF necessary avoid at all costs! The questions are all from the book and are all irrelevant to the "material." For example, on the chapter on Cultural differences, he asked a question "This lady was arrested in New York for doing which of the following?" These are the kinds of questions he asks, which are 80% of your grade. DO NOT TAKE!

Okay. Where to begin. This is literally the WORST class ever. He teachers random things in class that are on the test and then you have around 100-130 pages of reading for each test from the textbook. He does NOT touch on the textbook stuff in class. Test is 90 questions. 30 T/F from in class and 60 MC from textbook. AVOID
