Comment:
Dr. Haddad is one of the WORST professors I have ever had. She assigns incredibly lengthy assignments, sometimes on very short notice, only to not grade any of them. When she does grade, the criteria is arbitrary and she WILL take points off of fully correct solutions. She inputs nothing into canvas and is not accessible outside of class. DROP HER.

Hard to follow in class. Hard to reach outside of class -- she's never in her office when she says she will be. Mean-spirited professor. Half the class withdrew by the end of the semester. She doesn't use canvas or provide homework answers so you receive very little feedback throughout the semester. Only way to learn is through the textbook.

It's hard to learn things from Dr. Haddad because I am pretty sure she's been sucked into teaching some stuff that aint so important. If you get Dr. Haddad remind yourself that 1) she is one of the nicest professors 2) she deserves huge credit with starting Matlab 3) People really like her Wavelets course, maybe if you're brilliant do it!

Okay, I can assuredly say that the people bashing her for her linear algebra course probably have missed lectures. It is imperative that you attend ALL of them. Make sure you get down every detail on the board, your notes are the most helpful study tool to passing the tests/weekly quizzes. That being said, I absolutely love Haddad and recommend her

Never, ever consider taking her. Rushes through lecture with awful handwriting so notes on the board are useless. If you ask her a question you just get a comment back that doesn't help very much. 0/10 would recommend.

I have taken a couple classes with Dr. Haddad and I love her. Yes she is a tough grader and you do have to work hard in her class, but I learn more with her than I would with other professors. She has quizzes every week, but they wont bring your grade too down because they count the same as the homework. I would take another class with her.

Dr. Haddad really wasn't helpful and was not a great teacher. I would avoid taking her classes in the future. She gives a ton of homework and takes off points on tests even if you did the problem correctly. Overall, this class gave me a lot of anxiety and she was a big part of that.

I have taken two classes with her and enjoyed both. Her teaching can be confusing at times but just make sure you do the homework and you'll do fine. She takes her examquiz problems directly from the homework. She is also extremely helpful at office hours. She can come off as intimidating at first but she is very nice, just get to know her.

Loved it! Bit frustrating at times, but it's to be expected with programming. Haddad was also very helpful and friendly, though it's best to go to office hours rather than email. You learn more through hw than through class time, as her notes are messy. Probably wouldn't take her for a note-heavy class, but she was great for this one!

I would never take a class with her again. She wasted time on easy stuff rushed through stuff as it got harder. Quizzes were hard no good way to study. Has serious attitude in answering questions. She takes off points for every little thing even if is correct. Lectures are boring and not helpful and I wouldn't feel ready for linear 2.

She goes very fast and it can sometimes be hard to keep up. The class is very difficult but it's mostly the material and not her. Tests are mostly fair but labs are hard. She is helpful in office hours if you have a specific question, otherwise don't try.

Dr. Haddad's class requires you to put in a lot of work to do well, but you come out of the class with a lot of knowledge on the material. There was a quiz every Friday, which was annoying, but it makes you study. The tests were even, and there were no surprises. Overall, I recommend her.

Are you taking more than just her class this semester? If so, dont take her class. The amount of work she hands out is more than the 18 other credits Im taking combined. Plus, shes unclear and confusing. Would not take her again.

I think a lot of the people on this site falsely represent how good of a professor Dr. Haddad is. Yes, sometimes she is a tad unclear, but really knows her stuff and I really came out learning a lot from this class. I would definitely take another class with her.

Most people don't like her teaching style but if you do your homework a few days in advance, you can get a lot out of the course. Definitely hard but you can get a ton out of it.

Easy class but she grades pretty strictly. Quiz every week and is kind of tough to keep up. Not always clear but the textbook helps for this class. Didn't seem to care much about this class, the first few times I went to her office she seemed annoyed as if I was wasting her time.

Really knows her stuff. Tries to make the math applicable to real life. Tougher than some of the other professors, but prepares you well. You will have to work and do the homework. Weekly quizzes to stress important topics. Tests are reasonable. Very helpful. Extremely nice person. Strongly recommend taking class with her.

It's time for you to retire. You are no longer useful at Geneseo. You cannot teach to save your life and your not a very friendly person to be around. I had two friends in the class. One ended up dropping and the other ended up changing majors. Avoid her if you still enjoy math! You won't regret it!

Just a horrible professor. Notes are all over the board and she's not helpful at all. Incredibly condescending. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
