OK professor. Lots of HW for little pts + STRICT grader. She has the discussion pts only if you participate in class. Don't attend NO POINTS. If you don't participate throughout the class she will make sure to call on you. Also, doesn't really teach that well. I was lucky to have a background in the class so I was sort of well off. BOOK REQUIRED

absolutely must take Professor! ACCT 201 was extremely hard for me but she is amazing, even with everything being online and remote, she is very clear in her lectures and what she expects from each student. it is definitely tough, but be there everyday, participate, always ask for help and let her know if you're struggling and she WILL HELP!

The class is pretty difficult so take good notes and pay attention! I took her for ACC201, which made me want to have her again for ACC202 because during her office hours she will sit down and help you if you show her that your willing to put the hard work in. I went to her office hours every thursday for her whole office hour to study and get help

We're halfway through the (Fall2020) semester and I'm finally doing extremely well in this class while I struggled last semester with another Professor (before I dropped). She makes ACCT so much easier to understand even though we're meeting for class remotely (which I'm not a fan of). I'm so glad to have her as my Professor this semester!

Professor Randall is awesome! She finds a way to make a boring and repetitious subject like accounting fun and exciting. Is her class hard? Yes, because accounting isn't easy by nature. But Professor Randall makes it easy to learn and easy to succeed. She wants everyone in her class to do well and she will go the extra mile to help you if you try.

So much work!!! Everything you do takes days, (yes, days) to complete, and she gives barely any credit for assignments. It took me almost a week to complete an assignment worth 10 points. She does offer extra credit, and you can turn in late work for an automatic 50% deduction. Exams are worth the most, but only 50 points usually. So much work!!

I wouldn't go out of my way to take Professor Randall again. She is not easy to communicate with; very specific that you must contact her thru BB messages. Usually 72 hours to respond; and only grades each class a set day once a week. For online classes its important to have a professor that communicates well and she just doesn't

Nightmare of a class. Test/quizzes/and homework is extremely difficult. Much of what she teaches in class isn't helpful when doing your work. Nice lady, but she can't finish a course in 15 weeks resulting in complete scramble mode to finish out the last few weeks. Save your GPA and pick another teacher.

Shes a decent teacher but even if you pay attention and do your homework the tests and quizzes are brutal and she does NOT curve the grades. Be ready to know what you're doing, it's tough.

She is very knowledgeable about the material. However she only presents it in a lecture and she only lectures on each thing once, and there are never review sessions, so if you miss anything your screwed for the test. All of her tests are given over the projector, she shows an image and then you have to provide the date, material, title, etc for it

She gives an unreasonable amount of time to take tests. Its 50 questions and you only get 60 min. Also, the amount of homework is insane. Took me 8 hrs. a day, 4 to 5 days every week and Im an honors student who works full time. Most of us taking this class online are older working adults (Im 27) yet she treats you like a child. Do not take.

For the record to show, I have yet to complete the course but felt compelled to give my opinion on this teacher. Im one of her online quickbook courses and everything i feel that is required for a good oe/oe teacher, she lacks. Her feedback is minimal at best and her rate at which she answers questions via email is atrocious. Waiting five days!!!

She is amazing! If you participate during lectures and take notes theres no reason not to do well in her class. The homework/quizzes/tests are straight off of what she teaches. She actually cares about making sure everyone understands before moving on in lecture. Also she gives a ton of chances for extra credit! Such a great professor!
