Dr. Tedeschi is an absolutely wonderful instructor. He is great about answering any questions you may have in simple terms. Outside of class he is easy to talk to and willing to help with class work or just life in general. Attendance is not mandatory, but he will not be keen on helping if you don't come to class. Awesome class, learned a lot!

If you like to teach yourself, then this is the class for you. I asked for ways to help make the information stick for the test & he said "Just read & take notes", which is what I'd been doing ON MY OWN to begin with. Not a good professor at all!!!

So hard....be prepared for six weeks of torture with his papers, only to have a weeks break then more. He gives no feedback until it's too late. He is really willing to help though.

Personality Pych. Summer class. Pretty fast-paced, but very approachable guy. Very nice, if a bit dry. You need to really read about 4-5 chps a week. Test's are MCQ/short answer/essay. Final exam was optional though and could only count FOR you (awesome!). I expect a B and I didn't try as hard as I should have. Interesting topics

It takes a while to get this man to exhibit "personality" but it is worth the wait. He is open to discussion and ready to listen and help if you need it. Lectures sometimes are sleep inducing but if you read the text and listen carefully he gives good hints for the exams. He is a good and kind man.

Huge group project with no help from professior. If you hate group work then you will hate the class. MUST MUST read the book. Exam questions come from anywhere and everywhere. Way too much "discussion time" that got in the way of learning anyth

Not so bad, but his tests are kind of a surprise...you have to really study EVERYTHING, notes and book, to do well. But, an "A" is difinitely possible if you do the work.

Lectures w/dull overhead outlines. NO feedback on papers. Exams from left field. Many failed the midterm EVEN with the extra 20 points he gave for grading on a curve! (it was a nice thing to do even if it didn't help.

The best, most encouraging and caring professor on the grad faculty. ALWAYS makes time for students and never makes his students feel as if they are stupid. Dr. Tedeschi is a very genuine person and professor!
