The best professor I've ever had at UD. Opened my eyes to the injustices of the system. Made me pursue a career in criminal justice reform! Seriously one of the smartest people I've come across. An amazing amazing class!

Dr. Haas is AMAZING. He is BY FAR the best professor I have ever had at UD. I took 311 with him last fall semester and learned more from him than any other class I have taken. I plan on taking 450 with him too. If you have the opportunity to take Haas DO IT. The man is a genius. If you go to class and listen to what he tells you you'll get an A.

Kenny is crazy but knows everything. He's got a mouth but is one the most respected people at Delaware. He gets sidetracked often but still gets through all material. Great guy.

Haas is one of the best professor's I've had at UD. He's insanely smart and lectures completely from memory. The class is very difficult as there's a lot of material but he keeps it interesting and as long as you read and study it's possible to do well. Take Haas if you actually want to learn.

Haas is my favorite professor I have had at UD. His class is difficult, and you do have to go to class, but is one of the most rewarding classes I have ever taken. I recommend him to literally everyone I know here at UD. DEFINITELY TAKE HIM!!!

Dr. Haas is a very funny, passionate elderly gentleman. He has absolutely no online resources, so you have to go to class to take notes and get updates on exams and such. The entire grade is comprised of two 60ish question true or false exams. The questions on the exam can be almost a paragraph long, and hard to understand. Get ready to read cases

This class is difficult (400 level), but it IS possible to do well if you study. Prof. Haas is incredible, he lectures completely from memory and with no power points. You must take notes from what he says during class, therefore you will behind if you skip. Rent the book to follow along in class, but I didn't read for homework like he suggests.

Ken Haas is my favorite professor at UD. He is passionate and extremely intelligent. He will make sure you see how much he cares about specific cases, and this will make it easy to remember what happened in the cases when exams come. There are only two exams, midterm and final which are both entirely T/F. You must do the reading to pass!!!

Don't bother taking this class unless you're going into Law. Exams are 50 true false questions on court case holdings which is pretty much all luck. Guy is hilarious but goes off on rants that confuse whats important and whats not. Assigned 7 chapters for the final which consists of at least 100 court cases to memorize. Good luck

Dr. Haas is seriously the smartest man in the United States. He recites the law and cases from his memory- he doesn't even use notes! The professor doesn't even have to tell you not to text during class, you don't even want to. The material is presented in a fascinating manner.

One of the best teachers I've had at UD hands down. He's lectures never get dull. One of the few classes I actually looked forward to going to every week. YOU HAVE TO DO THE READINGS. If you don't you will most likely fail. I highly recommend taking any of his classes you can.

Ken Haas is the best possible professor for this course ! He's absolutely hilarious, and will brighten up your day with the crazy things that fly out of his mouth. He's a wonderful professor but in order to pass you need to go to class everyday. To get an A, do the readings. You'll regret taking 203 with anyone else besides him; I promise you that!

Haas is the best at UD. Period. Brilliant. Witty. Funny. Caring. Fair. material is substantive law, but Haas has a complete mastery of it all and is clear in his manner. TAKE HIM! I hope he never retires, he is a great professor who never wants to trick his students unlike many others.

Dr. Haas is awesome! Although this is an intense and high level law class (you study with the same book 2nd year grad students use) he makes boring material interesting.
