He does have his opinions but he is very well versed. He sometimes will discuss issues because he is passionate about what he does and really wants to TEACH you about economics but that content isn't tested. GO to office hours and he's great. Great guy.

Tough class. study alot for exams and raise your hand in class. do well on the quizzes and group assignments because they save your grade! quizzes are easy- he gives you four short answer questions ahead of time and chooses 1 for the quiz. class is still boring and monotonous. his grading system is questionable. make sure he likes you.

Hard course that is very mathmatical. Keep up with the notes that he posts online. Quizzes and Exams are not regurgitating material and require complete understanding of models.(model manipulation)Learned alot from this course. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND

Great teacher, great man. I know it looks like im kissing some butt, but he is the best. Easy class, one paper, and as long as u attend u'll learn more about econ than u will in any other class ull take.
