Cassidy is awesome. She is very friendly and cares about her students. As long as you put reasonable effort into the presentation and writing assignments, you will make an A. You do have to go to class though.

Not a bad class, just a bunch of presentations and a couple papers. She's a nice lady and grades very fairly, doesn't want us to fail.

Easy A. Just do the work. I put the least amount of effort into this class out of my entire schedule and walked away with a 97. Everything is super clear. If you don't follow her instructions exactly you will get zeros. Turn everything in on time and follow instructions and you can't fail.

This class is an oral requirement so everyone is required to give a presentation on a predetermined topic. Most professors make you do the full hour and 15 minutes, Cassidy only required a 30 minute presentation. You will do some impromptu and peer reviewed papers, no class on those days. Easy A if you do everything and show up for presentations.

She has a super strict grading policy if you mess up a small detail you will get a zero on the assignment would not recommend this class.

Horrible instructor. Super specific requirements on assignments that you will not know unless you read every little millimeter of the syllabus. Crazy strict grading. Doesn't respond to emails. Do yourself a favor and do not take her class.

This instructor does not answer email. She will post things on the website for everyone to read, she is VERY condescending. She acts like this is aggravation to her to teach this class. Her syllabus is very specific but you better read every line 15 times because if you miss one sentence you are headed for a zero. DO NOT TAKE!!!!

She is a tough grader. Gives you a zero for the littlest mistake. Not able to get back to you on time with email. Overall, she is a terrible teacher. If you take her make sure to read and reread every single rule otherwise you'll be penalized severely.

The class wasn't hard as long as you read, and this is coming from someone completely new to the world of computer science. That being said, Professor Cassidy is the worst professor I've ever taken a class with. She was extremely unprofessional and unprepared for class. I had to teach myself everything. Don't take her unless she's the only option.

If you ask for help she is available via email or office hours. She says things like "I have given you too much" in assignments. She has C++ programs in word document which I found annoying. In labs and assignments, small mistakes will make it difficult to get an 'A' but you can make it up with the test which I found real easy.

There are 5 discussion questions and 10 journals at least 500 words, 10 quizzes throughout the semester and final project is powerpoint presentation with narrative . You have to keep up with moodle because something is due every week. Discussion questions are quite difficult. If you try hard and get your assignments done on time this is an easy A.

She is VERY specific with what she wants, and is a stickler for rules. If you miss one detail, she will give you a 0. If you are not forgetful, and don't mind checking and rereading your work to make sure you included everything she required, this class is an easy A. Not a lot of work, you just have to be very careful.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING HER CASS! She acts like teaching her students is an aggravation. She says "I have told you too much already." after answering questions regarding assignments. Class time is mismanaged and wasted. I felt like the level of instruction did not meet the expectation of knowledge we were supposed to have come test time.

Very Stupid class. Professor is of no help. Doesn't post correct grade on moodle. My moodle grade reflected to be an A but I ended up with a B. Waste of money.

1 quiz and 1 discussion due every week. 1 journal due every 3 weeks. 1 final project. Must read the book to do well on the quizzes. Pretty easy class overall. She doesn't do any teaching or videos or anything. Rarely sends or responds to e-mails. Her TA's do everything. You're totally on your own for this class but it is doable.

She has absolutely no idea what she's talking about. For example, if you don't include -verbatim- a specific email subject like, she thinks it will give her computer a virus..even if the sender is a university email account. She "teaches" a computer ethics class? Lovely. Tuition well spent. /Sarcasm

EASY A! 1 paper a week on an article you found online, and 1 discussion forum every two weeks, roughly. 2 projects, one for midterm, one for final. Monotonous but very easy. Don't expect to get much from class besides the A. The professor has zero involvement in the class.

Class is easy. Every week: 1 discussion post (min. 200 words) and 1 article reflection (min 300 words). There are quizzes some weeks too. They are super easy. Final project at end of semester. EASY!

want an a? here ya go! the papers are based on word count and sources, not actual paper-thought process. want a class that doesnt require any attention or time? TAKE THIS! The only time you need to book is for the final project, which is still super easy.

Took the online course, perfect 100 in the class. It's easy if you can read the textbook and find journal articles, she put in her syllabus she will grade everything as its due but it will take her weeks if not months to actually do so. she will respond to emails but doesn't update moodle often. Keep the minimum word counts and go ahead and get the final project done during the first break in the semester (seriously took me an hour tops for a 100) and it's easy.
