He is a very tough grader for an online class. He does not post lectures but does post powerpoints with random graphs and no context. Homework is fairly simple and straightforward but the entire learning experience is on your own. He is simply there to provide material. 12-page paper and final due within 2 weeks no excuses(even in the pandemic)

I had grammy for both econometrics and economic development. Both classes were fairly easy even though they were both deemed extremely difficult. He is the most organized professor at csub I have ever had. I would recommend you take econometrics with him because he structures the class to the student's advantage. There is lots of reading though.

Professor Grammy really know's ECON, he teaches the material fairly well. He is a little strict on tardiness and leaving the class during lecture, but it is understandable. His exams were difficult so you need to really study and know the material. The homework was easy and he would sometimes give you the entire homework answers during class

Taken online. I thought he would help answer questions (since this is a stats class) - he does not. Instructions unclear. Be prepared to truly teach yourself with no direction from him. Grades extremely hard. I'd sometimes spend 3 hours completing hw - miscalculate 1 thing (even though my logic was right) and I got a C on that project.

Really takes the time to teach students the material that matters. His lectures are all based on tests. If you study you will pass his class. He does give a lot of homework, but it really helps in understanding the material. overall one of the best teachers I've taken. If you leave his class or don't pay him your undivided att. hell call you out.

Although his class was fairly easy and straightforward, I didn't like his personality. He would question you for leaving during lecture to go to the restroom by saying you should have done so before. Dislikes anyone leaving during class in general and thinks he's humorous but I don't believe he is. Almost condescending in a way. Don't recommend.

Professor Grammy is a hard grader. The Midterm and Final are each worth 1/3 of total grade. Be prepared for fast PowerPoint slides and homework almost every week. However, he is very nice when it comes to his grading system and helping you understanding the material.

Gives alot of hw and quizes but for his finals and midterms not that bad. Just do the homework well as he is very picky and will take off points even if you are off by 1

Honestly I thought his class was fairly easy he assigned homework and a quiz every week but gave a reasonably amount of time to complete it. The quiz was based on the DVDs he would show and the homework was always based on an example that he went over in class. I hardly touched my book, it would have been better if he went over the quizzes though

He's easily the pickiest teacher I've ever had the displeasure or taking. He grades harshly, and gives out lots of home works and quizzes. He is very rude when you ask too many questions. No extra credit and no curve. Good luck passing if you skip classes.

Grammy is by far one of the pickiest teachers I've had. Two online assignments (Homework and quiz) every week. He is also very picky with how he grades, and does not go over it in class either, so expect little to no points on both assignments. He reads off his lectures, which are all power points found online.

There are weekly homework assignments, two take home exams and a 10 page paper. The take home assignments take A LOT of time to finish. He is helpful if you ask a question, but not always very clear.

I didn't like this professor & his accent is really thick. If you ask him a question sometimes he'll reply with a smart alack response. All he does is read from his power-points. He is not energetic at all. If you want to get help, i suggest you ask someone who is a econ major because he sometimes will not answer your question clearly.

His grading is awful. He doesn't say what he wants. If you do poorly on the homework it kills your grade and he won't tell you what you can do to get full credit on the questions. I would never take a course with him again.

I took Dr. Grammy's online course Business Statistics. He is not easy. You have to do your homework, period. So, it's not like he just gives out good grades. He is helpful, and responds to your questions quickly. He grades the homework and projects quickly. He does provide examples, which if followed, can be very helpful.

Dr.Grammy was one of the worst professors I have ever had. I never felt engaged in the course, all he did was read from a power point and show a bunch of videos. If you are taking this course be prepared to do all the work yourself. He gives no study guides and expects you to get it the first time around. There are only two exams. And they are hard

This was one of the more difficult classes I've had. For some reason learning the economic concepts was rough for me but the professor really tries his best to help you. He's easy to talk to and he lets you out of class early!

The class itself isn't all that exciting, but he is aware of this and tries to liven it up sometimes. He does get annoyed if you are late to class. He grades homework which pertains to the mid term and final. He grades fairly and will answer questions outside of class. Uses the text book somewhat. Overall, good prof.
