Even though I graduated in 1986 Dr Romano was a great mentor to me. I was an education major but had some difficulty in one of my classes. He helped me very much and told me I would be getting my degree in Liberal arts. Cabrini is a liberal arts college so I felt this was my best route to follow! Thank you Dr Romano for all of your help!

I am making a sentimental journey to remember Dr. Romano - he made me love philsoophy (not redundent) and for the rest of my life I aspired to be as decent and humane as he wasis - his adoration of his subject translated into a wonderful class act - memorable even nearly 40 years later - too bad he retired as he was a warhoruse; seemed to go on forever and should have but alas even the best things in life must have a stop.

I loved Dr. Romano! He is so passionate about philosophy and is very insightful! If you ever needed clarification on something or wanted to discuss a topic, whether it was talked about in class or not, he was always willing to discuss it with you.

Philosophy is a tough subject, but Dr. Romano is an enjoyable professor. He makes you think about what you're learning, as well as everything else around you. Study the written material for the tests (especially logic), do your best to fully answer written questions/assignments, and you will do well in his class.

I was dreading this class because it was a requirement but honestly I'm glad I took it, I got to meet a wonderfully passionate person. Never have I seen a teacher go above and beyond for his students. Top notch, my only regret is I didn't find him sooner.

Dr. Romano is a wonderful man. He really knows what he is talking about which makes listening in class easy. It is obvious he has a true passion for teaching. Go to class. Read when he tells you to read, listen when he speaks, and you will do fine. He is always willing to talk with his students too, and make sure they understand the material!
