Nick is a pretty great teacher. Taking my 4th class with him. He knows how to keep a classroom environment casual while keeping it focused and professional. Really easy guy to talk to. Always allows drawing and paintings to be resubmitted for higher scores as long as you're diligent about it.

Nick is kind, an awesome teacher, excellent artist and if you are interested in learning, he will show you how to succeed as an artist!! Always pointing out the positive, while helping you correct the negative. I took many of Nick's classes, and while all were hard, they were worth it!! You have to do the homework to get the grade.

By far, Nick is my favorite art professor. I wish I could have him for all my classes! He expects the best out of you, and pushes you to try harder. At the same time, doesn't discourage. He's also very interested in his students and their success.

mr a. is a good and quietly observant teacher, he may sometimes seem to be uninvolved, but then turns around and surprises you with a detail you thought he would overlook about your artwork... i would highly recommend him
