Rod is a great teacher with different methods of teaching. He is more technological, practical, but still a good guy. The bad side is that he talks too much is his classes, mostly away from the topic, but he is helpful, specially in exam times.

Any class he is the prof for, he does NOT teach and it doesn't matter the course. All learning experience done is online on your own time. Class time is redundant and do not ask him questions because he will disagree regardless and make you feel like an idiot.

I honestly do not know how this guy is still teaching ACC106. He might do well at teaching other things. But, accounting is not one of them. He simply talks about it. U will not put pen to paper until the quiz at end of class, in which he looks over before u hand it in... Oh yeah he keeps the answers on the board too. U probably wont learn anything

He is very passionate about what he teaches; however it backfires because opposing opinions are not very accepted. Many opportunities for group work, but sucks when you have a terrible group. Careless when marking so make sure you look over your marks! No tolerance for lack of punctuality and professionalism.

Rod is an interesting teacher. He knows his stuff and has an interesting way of teaching it -- it's a bit more different than others, but that is what I really enjoyed about his lectures. His personality and methods take a bit of getting used to but you will learn to appreciate it. Make sure you read the textbooks for any quizzes or tests.

Worst prof at seneca all he does is talk about his daughter. He is always right and you are always wrong, thats just how it is with him. Avoid asking him questions because you will spend the next 40 minutes listening to him "talk" instead of directly answering your question.

Talks all class. Says you'll be going over 2 chapters for the day but by the time class is over all you talked about was his daughter and how great she is. Same stuff everyday. Tests include stuff you didn't go over in class, but in the textbook (which he doesn't cover in class). He is always right and you are always wrong.

Talks about the same topics every class: Nordstrom, Exact trends, and his daughter. Same diagrams every single day. Talks about off topic issues and expects us to know on the test, stuff we have never learned about. He is a nice guy but his teaching styles are terrible and simply do not work whatsoever.

His tests and "homework" are really easy because his lectures are exactly based on the textbook and his powerpoints. He marks really easy as well. But the downsides are that you'll have to listen to him bragging about his daughter, who is a doctor, and how she's better than the rest of us. His everyday discussions would usually go out-of-topic..

Honestly if you have him switch out ASAP!! horrible teacher, he always thinks he is right. He has no problem pointing you out in class and talking about you infant of your peers, he does not respect his students and does not listen to what they have to say.
