The class is not difficult. She is a great professor and a very forgiving grader, (as evidenced by her flexibility in submitting projects). For the people that complain about too much reading: if you don't like to read research articles- do NOT choose psychology as a career path.

Heavy workload...The worst professor I have ever had in my entire college career. She is very intelligent and knows her stuff but she is not clear and does not teach. She makes you teach yourself. She shouldn't be a professor.

She is one of the best professors I've had at QC so far. She is not easy! You have to do the work including tons of reading and studying. However, she is helpful, accessible and fair. I had surgery during the semester so I fell behind a bit. She was extremely understanding and patient. I really enjoyed her class.

She's not at all a bad professor! If you're there to learn, you'll love it. The topic is incredibly interesting and she actually TEACHES. It's not an easy class. You'd be best off reading the textbook and knowing the material when you come to class. She's very nice.

Not your easiest teacher, but definitely not as bad as others make her out to be. I consider myself a lazy person and got an A. -___- This is not a class where you just come and get an A, you have to work somewhat for it. I studied the textbook and my notes a day before each test, participated in class, and she was very sweet.

Her tests are so hard!! It's almost as if they are designed to trick you..I studied for hours and barely got B's on the tests. She means well, but her class is a lot of work, and most of material learned in class is straight out the text. She's very nice and will help you if you need it..but the tests are ridiculous.

This professor is amazing. I learned so much, and will be able to use it in advanced experimental, and other classes. She was challenging but in a good way. If you dont want to learn, sure take someone else, but that wont help you for future endeavors.

Many may say that Prof. Vintere is a horrible teacher, but I believe she has the best intentions. She provides new ways of studying to retain the information, not just to remember it for the short term. She holds high standards to her students, and that makes her respectable, not bad.

DO NOT TAKE! I am an A student and this is the worst class i have ever had to sit through. She doest teach or post the slides so u spend ur time just copying down everything on the screen as quickly as possible. She cant finish a sentence, makes an interesting topic suck and her tests are endless and pointless. Didnt learn a thing and ruined my GPA

I am NOT a good student and I always get c's in psych classes but somhow I pulled off an A- in this class. I know she has a lot of bad ratings but attendance isn't manditory + no hwk. You should come though cuz you take MAD notes and the stuff is on the exams. All you have to do in this class is study the notes and textbook and you're set!

!!!!!DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE (or any other with this professor)!!!!She is a soft spoken, boring and very monotone type. Will unload an entire text of information on the student with the poor excuse of powerpoint slides. There is virtually no interactivity. YOU WILL NOT LEARN A THING AND YOU WILL HURT YOUR GPA. !!!DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR!!!
