I owe my success this semester to Professor Robert, who comes to every class with genuine enthusiasm and an enormous wealth of knowledge. She answers questions and you will learn SO MUCH in her classes. Definitely my favorite prof at St. Thomas University, maybe ever. If you have the opportunity, take one of her classes - you won't regret it.

She knows her stuff and her class was never boring, I would totally recommend to anyone. Also her exams are very easy, its not hard to pass the class as long as you do the work.

Definitely knows her stuff. Needs to make the courses she teaches full year as she crams way too much into the semester and does not give any down time. If we miss classes she expects way too much of us to get it all done. The books are mandatory, and she asks way too many broad questions and expects you to know the answers. Nice person, bad prof

Crams an incredible amount of stuff into the course that it literally hurts. No wonder half the class dropped out by Christmas.

She knows the topic very well (Latin America) however she is an incredibly hard marker, she is stuck in her opinion and will not accept any other, she asks WAY too much of her student and focuses on her own interest way more than the actually history.

Very enthusiastic teacher, however she tries to cram too much into the course. ALOT of information to take in. However, she gives you every question that is gonna be on the exam!

I honestly didn't like her class at all. Way too much subject matter was crammed into the course, and she tended to focus on topics that interested her personally, which rarely had anything to do with history. Class felt like a huge waste of time and I wouldn't take it again.

She's an okay prof.. Very knowledgable, but her voice and laugh really, really annoy me. Gives me a headache at times. But she is smart and helpful.

She is hilarious, great woman, passionate about history, great teacher. However, her teaching methods might do better in high school than in university - sometimes treats students like we are children instead of adults, and comes off as rude as a result. Tries to pack SO MUCH material into a course, overwhelming at times.

This class was amazing. The prof is passionate and knowledgable about the subject and is creative in the way she teaches it. Does an excellent job at relating history with modern issues and connecting the whole course load together. I loved this class, so much so that if I had to miss it I was upset. The readings were interesting and may be a lot f

Meh.. she's alright I guess... a lot of reading to do well, but you don't really have to do it... so it's easy to get behind and not realise. Amazing exams tho, she gives you pretty much exactly what's going to be on the exam ahead of time! If I were going to take HIST 1006 again I might try someone else, but she wasn't that bad.

She really knows what she's talking about. Tries to make lecture as interesting as possible and does a good job of it. In my opinion there is way too much focus on out-of-class reading, and it's tricky to get a good mark in her class. Be careful, first-years!

Passionate about history and a good teacher. Attempts to make the subject interesting for the students, and breaks the class into 2 groups so we only come every other friday. These tutorial groups are helpful because we discuss some of the complex ideas we are supposed to grasp. I like her teaching style a lot.

You either love her and her class,or,well, you don´t. I´ve always loved history, but I didn´t like her perspective on it.She´s really nice and does lecture well, but it´s not everyone´s style She´s that kind that has a lot of pets around her, geeky silly eyes so eager to call her attention.but i dont see the point, she doesnt like listening much, lol
