Professor Huffman is such a sweet man! He really cares about his students' success. He has so many inspiring lectures especially for students who are education majors. There aren't many assignments, but attendance is mandatory. I loved this class and would take him again if he taught more class.

TAKE HIM! He is the sweetest man you will ever meet. He genuinely wants everyone in the class to gain knowledge, not just the education majors. If you are studying education, he is especially inspiring and will help you a lot in preparing for being a teacher. The main assignments are a journal after every class and take home midterm and final.

He is the cutest man in the world and he is so passionate about teaching. The class is incredibly easy and there are no tests, however attendance is mandatory. The only graded work is one group project, journals that you do after very class, and a take home mid term assignment.

He is so adorable you will seriously want him to be your grandpa. He is so passionate about education and will inspire you so much. He is the perfect teacher for ed300 because he makes you so excited to be a teacher. His assignments were enjoyable and easy. Take him if you want to be a great teacher.

The most kind, thoughtful, and passionate professor I have had so far at JMU. If you complete the work you will get at A without a doubt. I took this class at 8am and I looked forward to it everyday-I am not a morning person. I HIGHLY recommend Huffman for EDUC 300.

He is really sweet & understanding, but I honestly feel as if he was kind of boring. His assignments are easy & he's very helpful. I feel as though his experience is something that really gives his students a look into what they could expect as teachers. However, I think that some of his assignments are thinking too deep into it & come off silly.

Professor Huffman is by far my favorite professor so far. He is the sweetest man ever and he is so passionate about the subject. I recommend him to any future teacher, the class is easy and I learned more useful information in this class than any class I have taken prior. He is an absolutely amazing, precious, passionate & knowledgeable professor

words can not express how much i love this man. He is so cute, so sweet. He is always mixing up his lectures with videos, special guests, etc to keep the class interested. There are 3 chapter reviews, midterm, final, film review, and an easy group presentation. Huffman cares so much about his students. Take him!

he's awesome! no textbook, no tests, have to write journals and other assignments but if you get lower than a C (which you shouldn't) then he returns it back and makes you do it again. there's also an easy group project. definitely take him, hes a nice guy and cares about his students!

The best professor I've had at JMU (and I'm going into my senior year). I really enjoyed his class; he constantly changes things up by using videos, guest speakers, and group activities. I highly suggest taking him! Such a sweet guy.
