Professor Reddy models exactly what a college professor should be in my opinion. He makes you work for the grade you want, but if you put in that work you will get that grade! He is willing to meet literally whenever you want him to, which is something I cant say about many of my other professors. He truly wants you to learn. Highly recommend!

He really cares about the success of his students. I want it to make sure that every student in his class will understand the concepts. He is definitely a tough grader but if you pay attention in his class and completed everything. You will be fine. One of the best professor ever!

Professor Reddy was my most accommodating professor during the unexpected circumstances during the COVID-19 outbreak. Even before then, he gave great feedback which helped me improve throughout the course. He offered extra credit and didnt let any students fail, and this was meaningful to everyoneespecially the ones suffering the most from COVID.

He may seem tough but he cares about his students. He wants everyone to succeed and is always willing to answer questions. He lets you have notecards on quizzes and a cheat sheet for exams, which is great. If you dont want to work for your grade you probably wont like him as a professor, but I learned a lot from him. Would take his class again.

The only reason to dislike this prof is if you did not take his advice serious. This a challenging course, but if you are focused and determined you are for sure going to pass! He is not here to fail anyone! 4 quizzes w/ 1 index note card. Midterm and cumulative final full sheet cheat cheat. & of course capsim assignments. DO NOT BE AFRAID 2 ASK ?s

Do not take this class with him. He puts you into groups for CAPSIM and expects you to meet 2x a week outside of class without ever explaining how to do the assignment. You are basically trying to figure it out the whole year with your group with no help. Tests are hard and the study guide provides no help. One of worst professors I've had here.

Overall, I liked his class and his way of teaching. He changed his way of lecturing after the first two lectures. First the first two lectures, it was boring powerpoint lectures but he changed his style after gauging our interest and reaction. Capsim simulation was very useful but I think he could have used it more effectively.

Only class where I realized that grade is irrelevant. I am happy with a B, though this is the only second course I received a B or lower grade. Super flexible and understanding. Believes in second chances. Very respectful. I wish I took it in class than online but my work did not allow me to take the regular lecture based class. I give him a A+.

I really enjoyed this course. I wish I took it a little earlier than taking it in the end. However, you have to go prepared to the class. Lecture heavy but he gives lot of industry examples until you understand. I wish we had more rounds on Capsim project as we had only 6 rounds because the project ended when we were peaking out performance.

First off, he is a tough professor. If you do your work and come to class you should pass though. Capsim project is difficult at first. Lots of extra credit was offered to redeem yourself if you did bad on a quiz or capsim! Overall, learned a ton and professor gave great real life references to topics we discussed in class. Talk in class!!!!!!!

He is young and funny sometimes, so it makes the class even more interesting. You get to learn and emphasize what we learned earlier in the Business School. At first, I did not like his capsim project but I got to like it few weeks later as we reached the top groups. Great class, prof, and opportunities for some extra points!

I loved the class as it brings together all the concepts I learned in my earlier courses. He is very flexible and offers tests in both multiple choice format and essay format. Allows you to chose your test. Also he records lectures and gives you access to them. I loved Capsim project that allowed me to test my knowledge and apply it for once in col

The class portion is fine. The quizzes, tests and presentations are doable. However, the capsim project is absolutely ridiculous. Working with 4-5 other people every week and collaborating one strategy to beat the other teams in your class is a joke. Oh and you lose points on the assignments depending on how your team ranks. TOUGH GRADER

It is the toughest class I took in school. He expects a lot from students and often forgets that we are undergraduate students and working full time. Too many homeworks, quizzes and exams. But gives good feedback. He is old school so attendance counts and forces students to participate. Hate the group projects we do.

I love the cases and the case discussions. He encourages participation and makes you think. Reviews material before exams. The only thing I don't like is heavy lecture. I would like to take his next class if an opportunity presents.

One of the worst professors I have ever had. His syllabus is a joke and it's contradictory. He says he won't grade on group discussions... But guess what, he does! He gives barely enough information about assignments. He doesn't even have a course schedule. He is rude to his students as well. I wouldn't take another class with him.

He says that there are no right or wrong answers but when he asks you a question in class, and you get it wrong- he is belittling. His mandatory attendence is very unnecessary as well. Be prepared for a lot of discussion in class and group projects (including presenting).

Great sense of humor. Lectures are a bit boring though. Provides slides to follow along. Provides feedback for assignments. Group paper biweekly which compile to make final paper on firm profile analysis. I really enjoyed question time after each final presentation. 3 quizzes with 1 index note card. 2 exams with 1 letter paper for notes.
