She's average nothing too special. Her lectures are all IN CLASS so if you skip you wont be able to get those notes unless from a friend. There are clickers and small group work on random occasions and you receive completion points so its better to attend class to get those!! Exams are eh so I recommend studying a lot of vocab, concepts, and people

The format of the class sucks. If you're looking to be bored to death this is the class for you. There are plenty of better lecturers at UMBC. There's 4 big test and that determines your grade, almost. There's extra credit, DO IT. The "quizzes" and "homework" are all online. They look nothing like the exams. GOOD LUCK.

Very engaging! Attendance isn't mandatory, but she gives out pop quizzes so it's safer to go to every class. Listen to the lecture, read your textbook, and take notes, and you'll get an A for sure. There was never any homework other than reading the book, and there was one paper we wrote at the end of the class.

Prof. Lorenzo is a great professor and I thoroughly enjoyed her class. She's a good lecturer and has cool dramatizations, she tells stories from her prev experience which makes class interesting. Her slides can get a bit disorganized and hectic, but just read and you'll do fine in this class. +1 for straightforward tests.

Occasional reading checks, just skim the chapters and you'll be fine. 3 exams, all pretty easy if you study. Professor Lorenzo is so kind and knowledgeable about what she's teaching, and she's funny too!

I absolutely loved taking Professor Lorenzo's class! She showed so much passion for psychology and was very humorous. She highly emphasizes the information you need to know, cutting out all the extraneous detail. If you keep track with the readings, go to class, and do the study guides, you will do fine.

Professor Lorenzo is one of the most understanding and kind professors on campus. She wants to do everything she can to help every student. Although class isn't exactly mandatory, there are a lot of random reading checks and you don't want to miss those! Overall, I really enjoyed the class and I hope to have Professor Lorenzo again in the future.

Professor Lorenzo is one of the best professors on campus. She makes the material relatable, she's hilarious, caring and really tries her best to help everyone succeed. You have to read a lot from the textbook (reading checks pop up out of nowhere) but the material is interesting and she's overall just a helpful person. I learned a lot from her!

She always comes to class with an enthusiastic attitude and seems to love and is passionate about Psychology. I love coming to her class and she always wears really cute outfits that accurately match her personality. She answers questions and is always open to comments in class. Definitely planning to take more classes with her in the future.
