Comment:
She's a typical 300 level prof. Lots of work on your own and readings, but if you follow her instructions and use common sense to figure out what she wants, it's quite easy. Three major assignments and one or two additional papers. Seriously, she's not that bad and she's super sweet if you actually try and put in the effort. Slight language barrier

Professor definitely knows her material. She does a terrible job at being clear on what she wants. never updates bb. She was rude when people asked questions about grading. I had an 89% all semester and the finished with a C+ because of participation, I never missed a class. She never uploaded the participation grades to bb. She's rude.

Syllabus (was a mess) and grading criteria seemed unclear. Definitely a language barrier. There was a group assignment within the first 30 minutes of the first class, for a presentation later in the semester, that she wanted framed out in 20 minutes. A ton of reading, and lot's of work. Only class I've ever dropped. I hope she figures it out.

I had an awesome experience with her. Very good professor with a great understanding in conflict analysis. A great deal of reading but the reading was not too complex. Would take another class with her if I could.

No specific grading guidelines or instruction. Tons of reading, most of them are not on the BB so you have to find it by yourself. 1 point 1 percentage. Sent everyone's grade on roundtable out to everyone's email. The final is 10 pages of paper, which she considers "nothing"... I am not sure what I learned from this class.

Try your best to avoid Professor Sahar. She doesn't seem to understand how to teach. In numerous instances, she went against ferpa law and posted people's grade via email. When we confronted her, she said she wouldn't change and will continue to post everyone's grade. Don't even bother trying to question anything she says. She'll just ignore it.
