She was very unhelpful and when asking if we had questions, when asked a question, she'd answer with another question. She has no faith in her classes and expects that if a single topic is hard to understand that we should immediately drop her class. She is hard to understand and doesn't really understand her own material.

Yuri is a very caring professor. Even during health problems she would upload videos that went through the exam problems step-by-step. She cared very much for us to pass, and her efforts show it. Very accessible and always willing to help you in whatever possible way. Just be warned if you took little math in HS, this can be a challenging course.

Prof Yuri is one of my fav profs yet! Even during her medical difficulties this semester and having to finish the course over zoom she was still an amazing prof. She is a little hard to understand but you get used to her accent fast. She has very meaningful lectures that require you to come to class. She grades off of quizzes, exams, and hw.

By far the best math professor. The math department is hard with what they are required to give students but Prof Brown is always there to help and gives it her all even when she suddenly had to deal with a major health issue, she was there to help her students through her own toughest time.

She is nice but honestly ive never struggled more in a class in my whole life. You can do the homework and pay attention in class everyday, but her test dont match up with anything you learn at all. Her exams are 100 points and each question is worth 8-10 points. So if you miss one Q, youre done for already. Not good at math? Don't take her!

Great Teacher, she has an accent but she talks slowly so she is super easy to understand. Always willing to answer questions outside of class and always has office hours open the day before the quiz. I had her for Math 22, the curriculum has a lot of content in it so notes are very important.

Professor Brown was an amazing professor. She was very caring towards her students and is extremely helpful. She meets with students at her office hours if you are having a hard time and reviews the problems with you so you have a clear understanding of the material.

Professor Brown is a decent choice for math04. It is not a hard class at all however 5% of your grade is based on your participation. There is a packet given for each chapter that you go along with in class and then a review given for tests and a quiz once a week.

Prof Brown is one of the best teachers for MATH22. The material itself is confusing but if you ask her questions and show interest it is very simple. Problem sets outside of class are a must if you want an A. Webassign is easy, get it done the day you learn the material. The week of a test, the class is just review. Add MATH10 if you want more help

I'll start off with the positives. She is very nice and always willing to help. BUT, she is not good at teaching. She has a thick accent that is sometimes hard to understand. She explains stuff in such confusing way. The class its self is hard. To put it in persepctive, there was 30 students in my class. 20 kids ended up dropping it. Beware.

Such a sweet lady but not right to teach math, barely taught, more like coping from the board. Not a hard class but weekly quizzes, she drops the 3 lowest quiz grades.

Here's all you need to know- 1. She has an accent. That's great cause she goes slow and takes her time to explain THOROUGHLY, which gives you ample time to note AND understand 2. Will ALWAYS help, she's the sweetest tbh 3. Appreciates your DUMBEST doubts 4. Always replies 5. You won't need the textbook, class notes are more than enough

Professor Brown is a very nice lady with an accent that is totally understandable. Most people blame their failure on the teacher but if you go to every class and study the lectures you should do fine. There are easy quizzes every Friday on the lectures given during the week. Compared to every other math professor, Yuri is by far the best!

Yuri is a great prof. She isn't a native English speaker, so sometimes it seemed like she had trouble finding the words she was looking for to explain something, but she explains things in several different ways, which is nice if you don't understand the 1st time. She's very sweet and wants her students to do well; she loves when you ask questions!

Yuri is such a nice woman. As my first semester in college, she helped me so much. She loves if you ask questions and she is always willing to help you. She is also such a funny person. She truly was my favorite professor this semester. She does have an accent but it's not bad at all, if you pay attention you will understand her completely fine.
