Online format is nice- work at your own pace. But only graded on a handful of things. Quizzes and discussions are worth half of the grade. Both only took me 30 minutes a week to complete cake walk.

So much writing and reading. I can understand the reading but he has you write so much to the point where I feel I did not learn as much as I could have because I was so stressed out trying to fill in my discussions and papers with nonsense filler words because of his ridiculous word count. Also, I email him and he just ignored me.

Helpful but you need to know excel. I didn't know how to type formulas which made it tough. The course was easy other then that aspect. Multiple choice tests.

The professor was very knowledgeable about the field and is willing to give extra advice to get ahead in the real estate profession. I recommend taking him and ask good questions. Very helpful professor!

Very fair professor. Gives opportunity to make up assignments. Online class, but his picture was hott. Wish he was on campus teaching other classes!
