Straightforward class, quizzes were online, sit close to the front since he is very soft-spoken. Each quiz had 2 tries. D2L assignments are easy if you pay attention in class. There were only two papers, one page each, not too bad. Attendance was optional. 7 quizzes, 5 D2L assignment, and 2 papers. Has a very odd grading scale.

All you have to do is show up and take notes. He has a few essays you have to write, but you can literally just rewrite the notes you took and you get an A. He really likes class participation, and wants to have big debates all the time. Don't waste your money on the book. He's really soft spoken, so get a seat in the front!

Lectures are boring, hence why I barely showed up. At the start of the term, I did ALL 16 quizzes in a matter of 2-3 days and never had to worry about them anymore. The d2lassignmts are very difficult. Howver, even though attendance wasn't mandatory, he explains what the assignment asks of you in order to complete them.

bad teacher, you have to do everything his way. even if you get a question correct, he will mark it wrong, he tries to seem like a cool teacher by not taking attendance, only take the class if you're already good at phi1100, also he makes you purchase his OWN textbook

He's a sweetheart. Class is boring. Homework due every other class. 3 D2L assignments. 3 tests, all open book/notes. Grades everything on a curve. Understanding.
