Textbook/online access is expensive, but you'll use the same book for intermediate II, so it isn't so bad. She gives partial credit on exams, which really helps with your grades. She's very flexible in working with you to learn the material outside of class. Homework can be redone until you pass (up until the due date).

Lots of homework, but they're due right before each test and take between 2 and 5 hours to complete, depending on your abilities. This class will definitely tell you if you like accounting or not. She's not the best lecturer, but she hands out exercises that she goes over in class. They're a life-saver. Gives out study guides, too. Non-cum. final.

She is sweet but a little erratic with her teaching style. Not easy, but not crazy difficult. Lets you use a note card on the exams, which helps a LOT. Homework was weighted as an exam, which also helped bring your grade up.

Professor Bressler is extremely knowledgeable. She explains everything very well, and often gives real world examples with the material. Tests are tough. I highly recommend her.

This was a tough class but the Prof was able to explain difficult concepts in easier terms. She also gave extra credit for every exam. I would highly recommend her!

Comment:
Tough class. Her use of power point is chaotic. Her instruction on items she picks out of each chapter was clear. Provides review questions for test. Homework assignments are rough, not impossible. She assigns ALEKS, but @ 5 points of final grade its not worth doing. I completed ALEKS as I was promised doing so would get me an A-, but gave me a B+
