Dr. Wang is an amazing, inspirational teacher. As an ECE student, it was so fun to learn Physics and Engineering from her topics. The lectures provide substantial explanation of modern devices and make me feel that I walked through theory to reality. Thanks for a great semester, Dr. Wang.

I honestly disagree with the below evaluation about Dr. Wang's class. It is the very inspiring class that I have taken ever. Fun topics, interesting concepts, and very useful. Although Physics has involved in this class, as a student from Engineering, I do have trouble understanding some knowledge but cleaned up quickly if asking.

Danling is a kind person and is passionate about the material, she quickly responds to emails and wants students to succeed. The lectures are not well put together. The course seems to jump all over the place and is difficult to follow. 70% of the lectures are just watching youtube videos. Unless you have time to talk 1:1 this course is hard.

I was really enjoying Dr. Wang's class. Due to the limits of techniques in the classroom, Dr. Wang still can deliver amazing lectures. She clearly showed students how to do circuit analysis steps by steps with slow pace. I wish I can take her class again in the future.

She Was a good teacher, a bit slow in the beginning which is good but ramped up a bit quicker than normal. She was a bit confused and new to the technology but lectured well, and tried to make it work the best she could. If you're taking her during a non-pandemic semester she should be great.

She is a very caring teacher. I really enjoyed to take her class. This class was not easy for me. During the pandemic, everything is not easy. However, she tried her best to deliver a clear and wonderful way for teaching us. Very thankful!

If I could give a professor a 0 out of 5, I would give it to her. I don't understand how a course can be paced so slow but still fail to teach students the material covered. Somehow, it happened in ECE 301.

Two years ago, I was Dr. Wang's student in her EE 206 class. It was her first teaching. It is so surprised to see how improve she has when I take her class again. The class organization, lectures, homework, are all so much better. She has amazing improvement in her teaching. I am glad to choose her course again.

Dr. Wang wants her students to succeed. She is accessible outside of class and responds to emails quickly. Dr. Wang will clear up questions on grading during her office hours and will often give extra points if the problem was graded too harshly. Her lectures can be confusing, so be ready to use Youtube/Kahn. Lots of EC to offset harsh grading.

Dr. Wang is a very caring professor. She makes sure that each student knows whats going on, and makes herself available outside of class for those who don't get the material. Test and quiz topics are made apparent and both are open notes and open book. Going to class is beneficial for opportunities of extra credit and more in depth examples.

Very hard to understand and the class (especially starting out) is taught in a horrible order of what you need to know conceptual wise, this may or may not be the professors fault but so far i have been teaching the class to friends of mine who dont understand the materiel. Quizzes are always more difficult than the homework.
