I would take him again. He doesnt grade hard and everything is understandable. The discussion questions can be tricky and challenging but it makes sense. No hard assignments and he seems like a caring professor.

He is a tough grader and a stickler. For discussion posts, he requires paragraphs for the initial posts and for replies. For my outline, it was almost as if I was writing a paper in itself. He gave me a C and a couple of students F's for an outline, which seems ridiculous. This class is not an easy A, let alone a chill B. Had to withdraw from him.

Only take this professor if you can take it online. His attendance is random at best and I heard from a friend individuals were not receiving credit and being denied graduation due to attendance. Now that is crazy!! A friend of mine barely passed the class although prior to attendance she had an A and ended up with a C-.

One of my favorite professors. I had him for Wealth, Power, and Inequality this semester and loved it. You can tell he really enjoys sociology, he even stood on top of a desk one time to get his point across. Only 3 papers, 3 short tests, and everyday reading quizzes and.. he drops the lowest of of everything. I'm definitely taking him again.

Great professor. Attendance is mandatory because he gives reading quizzes every class, but if you keep up with reading these won't be difficult at all. If you pay attention in class this will be an easy A! He also drops your lowest test grade.
