As long as you do the work and attend you'll pass. Unlimited extra credit. Took him for a 3 hour class,it went by fast. No homework. Don't buy the book. Straight to lecture them film. while watching the film you have to answer 10 or less short sentence questions. Easy class for someone who's busy. Quizzes are the exact as studyguide. Final is easy.

I had him for a 3 hour class and I honestly would recommend it, the time would go by fast and he goes straight to his lecture point he doesn't get distracted he lectures first about his slides (20-40 min)which he gives you printed out in the paper and a work sheet you have to answer questions while your watching the film, which are easy questions.

interesting class but the his lectures were very boring and he always went over the class time. i hated the mandatory participation, it felt so high school. Super rude old man giving me dirty looks and shaking his head whenever i ran into him in the hallway. always lecturing on how we were dumb and didn't read books or watch TCM. super snobby

He's kinda boring but basically the only assignments you have are short answer worksheets for the movies you're watching. You can also google the answers on the sheets in the beginning when hes lecturing so he can't see your phone light during the films. Unlimited amount of extra credit, he's very strict on phones. Easy A or B.

I took him for world cinema. He picked interesting movies which were really good. in the beginniing of class he gives out the outline of the lecture, and a worksheet that you need to fill out during class. You really need to pay attention to the movie to fill out the worksheet. when he grades it he looks for complete sentence. Love him
