This professor is pretty easy going. He mentions that its almost impossible to fail his class and I would agree. However, that does not mean assignments/quizzes/tests are required to be completed. Smart guy and very easy to work with!

One word to describe this guy "GOAT." If you want to learn and also have a reasonable professor grade your work, this is the man. Easiest grade A of my life. TAKE HIS CLASS!

Legit one of the easiest classes ever, every week is the same which is a 10 question quiz and DB. Theres a few small papers but he grades really easy. He's good at responding to messages and very understanding. Tests are fairly easy. Do the work and you will exceed a passing grade!

Was a fun class, his lectures went by fast which were on video, since I did online. The modules were clear and the load work wasn't hard at all. The assignments and extra credit assignments were fun and open-minded. The quizzes weren't bad and is covered in all the powerpoints and videos, so no weird surprises. Wish he taught more classes at MSJC.

Prof Zappia is a great teacher! He gives very good prerecorded online lectures that are included in each module and also includes notes and a power point for each mod. Tests are not hard, and discussions are interesting and interactive. He also offers extra credit in case you need it and he grades in a reasonable amount of time. I learned a lot!

He usually went through a powerpoint before having an open discussion with the class. He wanted us to make sure we understood the concepts in the powerpoints through discussion. The homework assigned was usually discussion posts. The tests were usually based on the powerpoints and readings. He is a very approachable and chill professor.

Do the work get a passing grade. Not a tough grader. depends if taking him short/long term depends on how much reading u will have in a week, assignments are not heavy, extra credit opportunities. there is a quiz after each chapter and a few exams. I would take this professor again, communicate with him about anything he is very understanding.

Class is easy, just a few papers and quizzes to begin with and he even dropped a few of both towards the end. He is friendly and intelligent, and a very easy grader. Though do not get too political in your papers or his demeanor will change. Do not be too vocal in class if you are right-wing leaning. Overall the class is an easy A. Just read a bit.

Mr Zappia is the easiest professor, as long as you read the short module, do the assignments, meet the criteria and submit assignments on time you're good. He doesn't have zoom meetings and mostly we are self study, doesn't require textbooks and his assignments are pretty light also has extra credits Overall greatest Political Science teacher ever!

I took this class S-19 (6 weeks) while I was still in high school. It was super easy and I hate any reading/at home study. Lectures not boring, 3 group projects, easy tests (let us use 1 side of note card for a test). He told us youd literally have to try to not pass to fail his class and that stays a fact. Great professor for the course!

Second class of his I've taken and enrolling in a third soon, which doesn't seem to be uncommon in his classes. Being in a hectic stage of life personally, his courses have been rare in that I can say I genuinely learned course material without losing as much sleep as a similar class would require. Excellent.

Professor Zappia is great! I was dreading taking Political science because I am not a fan of politics but he made it simple and interesting. I love how flexible and understanding he is, if only more professors were like him. You are able to turn in late work for credit and he is always willing to help you. Easy to get an A :)

He is a great professor, super laid back and chill. Course work is not hard at all and he is super understanding and flexible with deadlines and exams. Highly recommend he make the class easy and fun, his lectures are also a lot of fun and we get to talk about current events but never with animosity or judgment. Great professor and class.

Very easy to understand. Discussions were my favorite because they allow for an opinion on politics. Lectures are straight to the point. Watch the videos, read the notes and the exams will be a breeze. I was not interested in politics nor did I know about it but now I am fascinated.

He is hands down the best teacher I've ever had. His lectures are engaging, he has a great sense of humor, he cares about his students and understands that he is not the only class we have. He's gotten rid of assignments to make things easier for us. His tests are straight forward-everything about him and the class are great.

He is nice and funny but the organization of the online class was confusing. I couldn't find assignments because they were in different places and there were lots of wordy announcements so it was hard to find what I was looking for.
