I personally wouldn't take him again- he gives 4 unit assignments which are very in depth and take a long time. Not a very understanding professor, do not expect him to give you any leeway if an emergency comes up. I missed one of the unit assignments due to an emergency and gave me a 0. Wouldn't let me make it up. Dropped me from B to a D.

Took him for Health Planning and Evaluation. I personally wouldn't take him again- he gives 4 unit assignments which are very in depth and take a long time. This class isnt necessarily difficult on the material its just a lot of work on the assignments. There are four unit assignments which will range from 5-10 pages each, a final paper 8-12 pages, quizzes for each unit as well as a 200 question final. Doable if you put the correct amount of time in, but excessive in some parts. Textbook is needed.

No test but 3 hefty assignments that include a discussion board and a final project due at the end of the semester. Assignments aren't hard you just have to do them. His material on blackboard is a little scattered but nothing you can't find after searching. Gives good feedback after each assignment and allows plenty of time to get it done.

No tests! only 3 assignments, some discussions, and a group project. The group project is super easy if you take time and don't wait until the last minute. I only got a B because I forgot about one of the assignments.... so get started early and finish all within the first month of the course. Super easy A, and he gives solid feedback.

He does not reply to emails AT ALL, I literally turned in every single assignment and he gave me the most horrible grades. We were coming to the end of the semester and he still did not put in any grades and I ended up failing. I was supposed to graduate.

HONORS LEVEL KINESIOLOGY! He is an excellent professor and person. He is highly personable and will help you complete the class with flying colors. There is no textbook and we were allowed to create the attendance policy as a class. Go to class because all of the notes for exams are said in class. Pay attention!

He is such a sweet guy. 3 tests which you basically have to memorize the powerpoints, but there are many opportunities for extra credit. Attandence policy really helps you out. He is very approachable; however, he almost always lets you out late.

He is a super awesome person! Truly cares for his students and wants to get to know them! Yes, his class can be very boring and dull, and most is common sense, but he's a sweetheart! Super easy test, all MC. Very straightforward, tests come from his powerpoints which he posts online. Has an awesome attendance policy- you'll see.

I took Dr. Hyman for Honors Kinesiology and he is one of the best professors I've ever had! Even though the material is easy to comprehend, I still recommend studying for his tests. He takes the time to get to know you personally and he really motivates you to reach personal health goals. Take him!

He expects students to study hard for his tests. In this class his tests were complete listing and essay. Somewhat challenging, but he lets you know what to study and he helps you out if you have any questions. Overall, he is a very professional teacher
