Save yourself the trouble. Her teaching is ridiculous and the way she delivers the material is unbelievably confusing. So rude and a DRRRRRAG to go to that class. Youll regret choosing her class, I promise you.

The template of lectures isn't so appealing with too many words, but material is somewhat suffice. attendance is required. You will be doing most of the studying on your own, with the textbook. (It will be useful for PSY291 too) There are rarely any surprises on tests (she has forgotten to cover a content and put it on test few times! so study!)

Word of advice your mental health is better off failing than even trying to get through her class, but if you still choose to take it then good luck bud. Makes you buy a textbook that costs $150 just to disagree with everything it claims then tells you to study the textbook for every test and exam.. the lectures are just her reading her Powerpoints

Christina's lectures are very confusing. I went to every class and learned nothing, her lectures are not clear and she is always speaking about random topics. If you have her as a professor you are better off just reading the textbook heavily because she can't teach at all. Also 95% of the lecture will be her yelling at people for cellphone use.

The worst teachers I ever had just stay away from her if your gpa matters. Unbelievably disorganized, doesn't know how to use tech, will shout if sees you using your phone, boring lectures, misuse of powerpoint and when it comes to grading she is just horrible.

I dont even know where to start with her. Lectures are very difficult to follow, she jumps from point to point, her tests are worded terribly, she uploads all her slides onto one powerpoint also she has a really bad attitude. Lastly she is always asking you to put your phone away, sorry christina but if i want to use my phone thats my choice.

Christina is a certified psychoanalyst, which is kind of cool. However, she is all over the place with her lectures. She uses powerpoints every class which makes it easier to take notes, but she is very monotone and it's hard to focus on her lectures. The powerpoints are very unorganized and not in order of the topics she's discussing.

For a person that struggles with ADHD or ANY type of disability DO NOT take her class. She jumps from one topic to another, she reads from the ppts, she has monologues and doesn't even modulate words properly. I would never ever ever take her as a teacher again. I had to re take psy191 with Kyle Hubbard (amazing teacher).

Garbage professor. She puts all of the lectures onto one powerpoint (LOL!) and updates her precious overheads every few days. She has no interest in helping any students. She works in a clinic and could not give a damn about teaching, she implied that this is a way for her to waste time. Do yourself a favour and dont waste your money on her.

I had her for two semesters of psychology. Easily the worst. She made me lose interest in psychology until I had Melanie Macnab for Abnormal Psychology. Avoid her. Disorganized, unknowledgeable, rude, unclear about tests. Who cares if I use my phone? Mind your business, Christina.

She appears unease and always on edge. She will go completely nuts on you if she catches you using your phone. Personally I tried to speak to her about psychology after class, and about mental health, but she was not very welcoming and not looking to engage... Though as a teacher she was okay. Her classes are also straight forward

Comment:
Incredibly disorganized, and all over the place during her lectures, while her 'plates'(ppt slides)are simply walls of texts. She wet off topic during quite a few of those lectures covering items not within the textbook nor course. Her tests are simple, however she changed a 45 minute in class assessment into an unreasonable 9 day 15 page report.

She's a really nice lady. As long as you come to class, take good notes, and read the textbook you'll be fine.
