Her lectures are not boring at all and usually her tests are extremely fair. If you use the student guide she recommends you will do very well on the exams. Do all the homework and take all the quizzes in recitation for extra credit! It got me to an A!

Gives many extra credit. Sit in the front row so you can hear. Extremely nice grade distribution. Very kind lady. All lectures for the entire year is posted online from day 1. Materials very direct and easy to understand. Would recommend.

Has all the lectures online, but that doesn't mean you don't have to go to class. She is honestly like your grandma, she cares for you dearly. Make sure to go to recitation because you get extra credit! Class is out of 100 points only, and you can get up to 7% EC! Either takes 2 Midterms & Final, or Final x 2, depending whichever one is higher.

Professor Dunn is extremely passionate about the economy and is good at making concepts relatable to students. Content was often dry and hard to make interesting, which led to long lectures, but they are still worth going to. I did fine on the two midterms without reading the textbook, and all homework and quizzes are extra credit. Would recommend.

Very clear and organized lectures, she says that you should read the text book but it's not necessary because everything on the exams is from her power points. If you go to lectures or just print out the power points you will be fine. There is no need to even buy the book so don't waste your money. Extra credit for going to recitation too.

This class isn't bad. Simply show up to lecture, take notes, and study for the two exams and one final. I bought both books recommended by her, but I only ever used them once or twice. It's a huge lecture, but she's a focused lady, and she's fairly entertaining. Easy class for me.

Incredibly boring lectures. If you decide to go, bring something else to do so you won't fall asleep. Don't get the two books either, I never opened either of them. There are quizzes and homework in recitation, but both are extra credit.

Boring lectures, aren't necessary, study the power point and u'll be fine. She puts them online and all questions are derived from powerpoints. Only 3 grades, 2 midterms and a final

Lectures can seem boring, but are packed with clearly-presented information. Grading system maximizes the opportunity to do well and rewards improvement (midterms won't even count if 2x your final grade is higher than midterm 1 + midterm 2 + final, and midterms can be dropped if one midterm x2 is higher than adding them together). Extra credit too!

SP15: 90 min. class twice a week. No recitation. Homework is extra credit. No quizzes. 2 Midterms and a Final. If you do bad on midterms, the final can be counted as 100% of your grade. Lectures are boring and a waste of time. Just read her PPTs and the book. I only went to lecture to hand in my homework. Tests can be tough(know PPTs inside out)

She's a very sweet lady who genuinely likes micro economics. However she's a very boring lecturer. I generally didn't go to lecture and did just fine.

The lectures can sometimes be long, but it is microeconomics. She is a good lecturer who cares about her students. When I went to office hours, she was incredibly helpful and was otherwise one of the most compassionate professors I have ever been lucky enough to talk to! If you're taking micro, take Lucia Dunn.

Only went to class for the midterms, final and to turn in the homework. Read the textbook and follow the schedule of the course syllabus. Also, make sure you do all the homework (extra credit) because it can add 4% to your grade. Review the PowerPoints the day before the test and you should be fine. Midterms are pretty easy. Final is a bit tricky.

Lucia is adorable and seems to love teaching. Very little work compared to other micro classes. Just 2 midterms and a final plus weekly extra credit problems that can add up to 4% on your final grade. Lectures are kind of long and dry but you don't have to read if you take notes.

Easy class, good lecturer. Went to lecture 5 times. She just goes over powerpoints. If you can AVOID Independence Hall, do it. Offers a lot of extra credit on top of a curved grading scale. To get an A, do the practice probelems after taking your own notes on her slides. Go to recitation. Tricky wording on midterms and final. Rarely used the book.

The material is extremely easy if you just read the book and follow along with her slides. I went to lectures rarely because they were hard to take away from. She's really incredibly boring and wastes a ton of time trying to settle the class (of 700). It's truly ridiculous. Nice lady, terrible teacher.

Such a big class with just this one little lady in the front. Even though it can be hard to pay attention in lecture sometimes, it is beneficial to still go though. Just two midterms and a final and optional homework and optional quizzes.

Don't waste your time going to the lectures, it's impossible to stay awake. Take notes on the powerpoint slides and go to recitation. She wastes a lot of time on getting the class to settle instead of actually lecturing. Study your slide notes.
