Lectures consist of him talking about his photography career. Do not bother buying the $100 textbook as Paul will hardly use it & photocopy pages from his own. Expect a field trip on the first day, & vague instructions throughout the class. Do not take an "artistic" approach to your photos as he will criticize and may ask for a different print.

hmm, alternatley respected him and couldn't stand him. His way or the highway and i can't jsutify that in a fin arts course; not when it's a matter of personal style. i found him to be an easy marker. He has a death grip on his position as head of the pro photography program and I dont' think that will benifit the program in the long run :(
