He is literally the worst professor I have EVER had. Ever. I actually forgot how to do simple problems while taking his class. Do NOT take a class if it is taught by him. There is no gurantee you will learn anything or pass. At the end of this arduous semester, I read a few pages in a related textbook and learned more than I did all semester.

His class was very organized; he did a great job of breaking it down into 6 quizzes which made studying much more manageable. Terrible lecturer, but much better in office hours. I would be concerned if he was teaching something that wasn't as easy as e&m, but a four-year-old is capable of teaching physics 208.

Horrendous professor. Lectures forever with his back to the class, and constantly makes mistakes in almost every example he does. Don't even bother going to lecture, just make sure you have the book. Tests are inconsistent in difficulty.

Dr. Glyde is a terrible professor! He would make mistakes on the board every lecture and rarely looked up at the students. He is not helpful. The difficulty of his exams varies, and he doesn't give much partial credit.

Comment:
Horrible professor. Teaches towards the board, ignores raised hands, makes mistakes. Lecture was not useful at all as he does examples out of the book and usually does them wrong. Doesn't teach concepts well. Luckily he curves so a decent grade is possible. But don't expect to come out with a knowledge of electricity or magnetism.

Seems like this guy was somebody back in the day, but he's not a very good teacher at all. His lectures were extremely boring and useless. Put everyone to sleep, and made tons of mistakes on the board. His exams were either way too hard or way too easy. It was very hard to do well in this class.

Dont even go to class. He makes a ton of mistakes on the board and the notes are straight from the book. Might as well just teach yourself and not go to class. Try to take 208 with someone else.

Extremely boring professor. Doesnt even look up to the class while lecturing and wont answer your questions because of that. dont bother going to class because you will learn more reading the book. Do well on the quizzes because they are 30% of the grade. The final was rediculously tricky and accounted for 40% of the total grade...

His class is very easy and drops tests/quizzes to bring up everyone's grades. He is extremely boring though, just read the book and u'll do fine, dont bother with class.

Very good lecture notes. He gives you everything you need to learn. Very nicely chosen homework problems. I can still derive the three forms of entropy, I did not forget it. You did a great job Professor Glyde!
