I graduated in 2012 but I must say he is one of my favorite professors. His theory approach and ways of correlating real life to his class is unique. I have a minor in economics so I had McGlone for a few courses and I must say he was awesome.

He can be a little off his rocker sometimes, but honestly he's a pretty great professor. Unconventional, but always willing to help and genuinely cares about his students. Just show up to class and ask a couple questions about, well, anything, and you'll get an A.

Oh McGlone....this guy....he is the biggest conspiracy theorist you'll ever meet. You don't learn anything relevant in class, all it is is geography and you basically teach yourself the maps. All we ever talked about was current events and watched a movie on John Lennon. Weird guy, but easiest A ever.

Mcglone is the man. Some say he is a conspiracy theorist, but I say he just thinks outside of the box and doesnt accept what "we are told" as truth. Great guy, great insight, and definitely worth taking him. This is one of thosee professors who educates you rather than jsut teaches you.

I thought this Prof was very good. I didn't really know about left wing/right wing before I took him. He made me understand politics & economics in a way I never did before. The 2nd time I had him, 3 of us needed a course to graduate & he taught us. One day the other 2 were absent & he proceeded with the lecture in full just for me.

This guy is really nice but he is all over the place. Good luck taking notes in this class, if you are someone that is organized and needs structure don't take him. Also if you get offended by someone spreading their opinions on controversial topics don't take him. The class itself would be easier if you had any idea what he wanted from you.

I had him in 2000, he's is very far to the left and has some real intresting view points you won't find in many places over all a great teacher. I majored in economics and would have liked it to have been more function stuy based then phillosphy based.

I wish ST. Joes split economics up from business and Social Science so there was more focus on the material. I liked the material however I wished more time was spent on the material that was going to be covered on tests.

I don't really know to say about him. He had a lot of different view points he introduced into to class and different perspectives on the current economics. I found him very interesting and would recommend to anyone else with an open mind.

Great teacher I suggest everyone take him for economics. Talking about current economic and world events are great, not a hard grader. You will learn a lot from McGlone, I know I did.

The class is very boring. He gives a test at the end of each chapter and no papers. . He talks about things that are his opinions but says them like they are facts. If you are conservative and love Bush do not take classes with him.

If you want to learn about how 9/11 was a controlled demolition done by the United States government then take the class. Other then proganda and teaching his opinion to the class, there is minimal teaching of economics and because of this you are schocked when you take the test!

Professor McGlone is a good guy, and a good teacher. I learned a lot of stuff I didn't know, and I am a very strong supporter of peak oil. I would recommend taking him, but I am speaking from my own liberal bias.

He was completely horrible. We talked about peak oil and 9/11 the whole time. Then when it came time for a test, he tested us on what he should be teaching in the course. I withdrew because i couldnt take it anymore. Oh and ps..if you take him..agree with everything he says on an opinion because if you dont, he will pinpoint at everything you write

He is an awesome teacher. He actually talks about recent events that even my history classes seem to ignore. He is opininated but allows for debate and is open to others opinions. Class is very borning and he usually gets off topic... but if you read the chapter summaries in the work book you'll do great! He also does a comprehensive review the

Great prof. I started the semester thinking I would hate the class, but it ended up being my favorite. He's interesting and a bit eccentric. If you pay attention, do the work and take notes you should be fine.
