Dr. Dudziak is SUCH a nice guy. You can definitely see the passion he has for his work. Hes always willing to work with you if needed. However, I felt the lectures and notes were tough to understand. This makes it difficult since the homework assignments are mostly applied knowledge.

Had him for my first semester of college. If you are a freshman there are so many better professors to teach you calculus. He does an extremely poor job explaining the material, and his homework assignments are close to impossible. I have been good at math all my life, but this professor makes sure to deliver the material in the most complex way.

Sometimes the accent gets in the way and during lectures he focuses alot on proofs rather than how to do the problems step by step. Expects you to read his mind and know things off the bat. Would not recommend for lyman math course

Lecture consists of useless proofs of equations. Insanely hard exam where I 4.0 in AP Calculus BC in high school and am struggling in this course. No partial credit and marks you down if you don't write it the way he wants

Dr. D is definitely a solid choice when it comes to Briggs math. Yeah, the class can be difficult, but he wants you to really learn calculus. He can make some dry ass jokes during lecture but lowkey it's pretty entertaining. I really wish he could teach all of my math classes.

He was the best prof that I had in actuarial science. And he is also a really nice and funny guy. I wish I can take more classes with him, but he don't offer good courses any more. I have really enjoyed the class time with him.

Easy class, but not the best professor. He gives plenty of opportunities for extra credit (10 points on each exam). No social skills. Attempts to be funny (usually sexual or drug-related jokes) "Dud" is literally the first three letters of his last name and he certainly is one. But nonetheless, easy 4.0

One of the best math instructors I've ever had. His lectures are straightforward and easy to follow, even with difficult topics. He gives many extra credit opportunities in his exams. His exams are not wildly out of context when it comes to what you learned in class; everything you see on the exams you have seen in class. Great professor!

Don't listen to these people, Dudziak is a great teacher. If you have any desire to learn the material, he actually teaches it. He doesn't waste time with long proofs, unless they are fundamentally important to the class. However, if you aren't interested in learning the material, you probably shouldn't be taking the class.

This class should have been a lot easier than it was. This professor is absolutely terrible, taking his class was a ''misteak''. The TA's are the only reason I semi-understood this class, he does absolutely nothing to help. His tests are ridiculous, and the final exam is even worse. Good luck if you are taking this class, but I would recommend swit
