I have never took a class with a professor that is just so boring! He has this horrible monotone voice that will want to either put you right to sleep or make you feel like dropping out of school. He literally gets the powerpoints from this text book which is practically mandatory to buy. He also teaches very fast and not very good at explaining.

I am extremely great at math however the last class I took was 20 years ago and it was advanced calculus. I got the highest grade in the class. BUT this class was so difficult for me and never take it on Saturday for 5 hours. There is no extra credit or help and you are never asked to do problems on the board. I stuggled and got a B.

Absolutely THE worst teacher I've had. Dry, goes straight from the book, ask him to give another example - "No, we've already covered that". Not helpful, is sarcastic and horrible at teaching. Thinks he can speak to students in demeaning way. the sloth method of going through the motions - doesn't teach, doesn't care if you learn. AVOID THIS ONE!

Prof. Fine is a no-nonsense, straight-forward teacher. If you do the homework and come to class you will pass. He will help you if you ask for it. He never makes you feel stupid for asking a question and his tests are easy if you study. This class is for students who take school seriously and are willing to work hard to understand the subject.

He is one of the worst Professors I have ever had. He is like a robot when he teaches. He only does the problems straight out of the book. His tests are extremely hard with trick questions. I had to drop him while I was still passing the class. I didn't feel at that point that I could pass his class. Took another 115 class and got an A in it.

I took his class in the fall of 2014. I regretted when I took his class, because the class was fast paced and he failed me on three of my tests. I would recommend not to take this professor, because his classes are fast paced.

I believe that he's an okay teacher, took him over a winter session, material was intense but that's only because I'm not great at math. I don't feel I learned much, but got a B in the class by doing hwk, attending every lecture and doing good on test. Just pay attention and work hard.

Class was tough due to a massive amount of homework. But the homework was a way for me to clearly understand the material and get the hang of it. He's a great guy. I did not have any problems with his teaching although at times he does go too fast and I'd feel overwhelmed. But overall, he's cool. He hates interruptions btw.

HE IS A GREAT PROFFESOR, A LOT OF PEOPLE DO DROP OUT BUT THATS BECAUSE THEY DONT DO THEIR WORK, HOMEWORK IS KEY TO PASS THE CLASS BECAUSE IS ALL THE PRACTICE YOU NEED FOR THE TESTS. HE STAYS AFTER CLASS TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. PEOPLE NOT INTERESTED IN MATH DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT TAKE HIM. MATH REQUIRES A LOT OF PRACTICE.

Wow having a 3.8 Gpa, im not coming from a lazy background. This guy can't teach. I thought i enjoyed math until I met this guy. He kicked a guy out of his class because he went OUTSIDE to use his phone. Very rude and hates when you ask questions. Read the rest of the comments and you will understand. Trust me do not take this professor. Horrible

He is very rude and forgets that this is a college level course. We are adults not children. Making someone leave there purse behind when using the restroom in fear that the are leaving to talk on the phone is ridiculus. Major control issues! If you don't mind being treated like a highschool freshman..take this class otherwise I don't recommend it!

He goes through the material very fast and when you ask him to slow down or explain something he makes you feel stupid. He's extremely rude and doesn't explain things well. The only reason I took his class is because all the other math classes were full, but i definitely would NOT suggest taking this guy's class!

NICE MAN. KNOWS HIS MATERIAL VERY WELL. EXPLAINS IT WITH CLARITY. BUT HE DOES GIVE A LOT OF HOMEWORK. WHO EVER DIDNT LIKE HIS CLASS IT'S BECUASE THEY ARE LAZY AND DONT WANT TO DO WORK.
