pretty laid back and easy grader. grade is made up of a few essays/ projects, a few quizzes (which are straight from lectures) and exams. her online formatting this semester wasnt my favorite, expectations werent super clear but overall a good class and a wonderful lady

Professor Giardina is so funny and caring with her students you can tell she really wants her students to succeed. Tests and quizzes are straight from her lecture slides. Fairly easy grader if you get everything on the rubric 10/10 recommend - Professor Giardina is runs a super fun classroom and is very supportive.

She's the most genuine prof I've had! she genuinely cares (like offered to buy us coffee/lunch if we need it)!!! she is beyond understanding if you need to miss class and her class is so easy! Take notes and you basically have the test questions there. study them, get an A, it's that easy.

She's such a kind and genuine person. She's very clear when it comes to whats going to be on each test and she goes out of her way to keep you interested and engaged.

I hated hearing her lectures. She would give us a basic statement and say "go ahead and discuss this with a partner for 5 minutes". It was honestly a massive waist of time, since none of us even talked about the topic, as it was just a basic statement. She also would play Youtube videos that were probably made by a middle schooler. Terrible videos.

Dr. Giardina is such a nice person. She had a lot of personal connections to the lectures that made it really interesting. All of our quizzes and exams were taken on blackboard, and the questions came right from her lectures. Super interesting and fun class!

Dr. Giardina is a great professor and really knows her information. Her lectures are straight forward and as long as you take the notes on them, you will pass the quizzes (3-4) and tests (Midterm and Final). Highly recommend!

Professor Giardina is honestly the best professor. She genuinely cares about her students and makes class fun by having students discuss with their peers. On top of this, she is very funny and is extremely educated and knows what she's talking about. I would highly recommend this class.

Dr. G was and is the most genuine professor I've had. She teaches you exactly what you need to know for things you'll be graded on and as long as you're there you'll do fine. Dr. G is very willing to help and accommodate to her students' needs whether it's in the classroom, in the major, or with anything else.

Great person but I honestly dont think I learned anything in class. Everything is common sense. Book is NOT required for anything. LOTS of interacting with other people. Last 2 months of class is only listening to others group presentations

This class is pretty generic but she is an AWESOME professor!!! She is extremely sweet and caring. She not only wants you to do well in her class but she wants you to succeed in your major overall! Her stories and examples really help you apply material to the real world! There isn't a ton of work, the work assigned will help you prepare for exams.

Dr. G is a very easy going. This class had two quizzes, a midterm, group project, and a final that were graded. there was a job shadow assignment & 2 research papers that are pass fail. very easy. There is a group project, that's easy too if you have good people in your group. quizes and exams are online, but you take during class time.

She is a busy woman who still takes time out for her students. She's up front and to the point, not afraid to demonstrate what she's teaching you. She's big on teamwork and doesn't ask a student to go beyond they're physical ability when teaching a physical class. Very fair grader.

I'm still using what I learned from "Professa" in the late 80"s. Yes, caring and passionate about her field. Wants you to do well and you will, if you work hard. She gives great notes...study them and you will perform well on her exams!!
