Comment:

This was the worst class I've taken in my life, and the only one I've ever gotten a D in. It made me extremely depressed and I considered dropping it multiple times. Kim is awful. It's impossible to get a decent grade, even if you're busting your butt. The readings are too much for anyone to handle, and the grading isn't fair or timely.

Took this class online and it was awful. She treats students as an inconvenience and will not answer any questions outside of the material. The first half of the semester consists of 20+ page readings but tapers off towards the end. She is also 2 months behind on grading and I have no idea what my actual grade is.

She´s a queen, if you participate inclass do your readings it will be the best class you ever had. I failed my first class with her and was not angry at her.. that's how you know shes a good professor. She will hold you accountable but support instead of bash you.

She is very funny person to be around but will take no nonsense. The class was very difficult, but I felt that everything was very fair. I learned a lot and felt that her course work was clearly outlined and I was never surprised by anything. I plan to take more of her classes

Holy wow this class was so hard. Maybe it was because I had it three days a week, but it took it out of me. We had a >50 page reading and quiz every single day. This was tough, but made worse when Kim is a self-proclaimed proponent of "a perfect quiz does not exist", so you could not get a 100 on an assignment. I liked the class, but it was hard.

she's an incredibly smart, kind, and funny person and a wonderful professor, but this class is difficult. she has high expectations for the paper and the tests and there's homework most nights. the class is interesting but also by far the hardest i've taken so far, so be prepared to work really hard.

KIm's class is by far my favorite I love her readings, however they are demanding. also you must be ontop of your readings or you'll drown in F's if you enjoy history you'll love her class she is one of the most intelligent teachers I've ever met. also take notes!

I love me some Mee-Ae! Easily my favorite professor on campus and I'm an Art Major. She knows her stuff and requires students to maintain a high level of competence. Should you have any questions, don't be afraid to see her during office hours. I love Mee-Ae's classes and couldn't give them less than 100 percent.

Professor Kim made me want to be a History major. She is so approachable and loves talking about her subject with you. I had to work really hard to get an A in her class, and I mean hard, but I loved it so it wasn't a problem.
