You do have to attend class, be on time, participate in lab, and take quizzes weekly. This isn't hard to accomplish. This is your easy A; the exams on the other hand can be a struggle (if you are not a test taker like me). I have no qualms about Mr. Noble other than he throws information at us rather than teaching, leaving Youtube as my teacher.

Professor doesnt use blackboard, doesnt use a book, and has a crappy, sarcastic sense of humor. I took his class last fall and will never take a class with him again. He does not do office hours so hes not easily accessible. Email only and he is strict with how you format your emails.

I took Chem 100 with Mr. Noble and as long as you pay attention and actually do the work, he makes it very clear whats expected and how to pass. He was there an hour before each class to ask questions and went over what would be on each quiz and test. He is a very fair grader but you have to do the work in order to pass. Very friendly too.

I had a very hard time to understand this teacher. Mr Noble loves to talk about anything but chemistry, and when he does he talk about it he expects you to understand. You better be on time on quiz days If you are late he won't let you take the quiz. He is a tough grader too. I dropped the class and I'm doing much better with a different teacher.

Fast paced! If you fall behind in one chapter, you screw yourself for any coming up. Lectures are long and he seems to tangent but the stories are usually about material. Helpfulunderstanding about labs. Quiz EVERY WEEK (Q's taken from HW section in book). DO NOT SLACK OFF! This is one of those classes you need note cards and a binder. He is cool.

Instructor is not helpful at all. When I came in early with questions, he would tell me, "just go get tutoring". I went to tutoring and they told me, "he is just going way too fast he isn't explaining this. If he just slowed down, you would get it fine. He just wants to get out of class early". He didn't want to teach this semester w/the weather.

Wonderful teacher.I had chemistry in Poland and many things I was doing my way getting the same results much faster than US way, however Mr.Noble always was ready to explain anything I asked him.Exams were easy.Lab interesting;if you finish early you can go home.He gives a chance for extra credits if you want.I didn't write papers for extra credit.

This is a tough class. I wasn't interested in Chemistry before taking it but ended up enjoying it. He gives extra credit opportunities, do it! You receive points for attending class. Overall a good teacher and he enjoys talking about recent events relating to the topic being discussed.

I find him smart but very arrogant with bad sense of humor. Doesnt explain much but talks 3,5 hours about everything but chemistry. Exams are hard and nothing what the study guide says. Hard to approach, assumes to much of himself and his grading socks. Would not recommend him even though he knows chemistry, he doesnt seem to know how to teach it

Chem isn't an easy subject to begin with. Mr. Noble isn't going to dumb down the material because some bimbo really wants to be a dent. hyg. Consider this a weed-out class. If you can't do this then choose a diff. career path. I finished with a 93% so work hard, and stop complaining.

Our class was full in the first few weeks now its only 13 left. 7 might make it with b or c. Quizzes is easy bcoz it comes frm d book, labs is easy to.. But when it comes to the exam very tricky you wont know whats in it, completely different frm d quiz. Not approachable. Yes he lost the love! He thinks all students have no jobs jus scul.
