It is a personal goal of mine to have every one of my CEG courses taught by Fadi. The course material is dense but he is always happy to answer questions, he is one of the only teachers who makes me want to attend sessions live

Prof. Fadi is very kind and respects all his students. He made the lectures interesting through his ability to explain concepts, and his main TA is a very nice man. The only issue I ran into was that some of the assignments were a bit too long, so try to finish them in 1/2 sittings. Highly recommended.

Fadi is the best prof I had first year. He truly cares about his students and is clear what kind of material will be on exams. His lectures are very engaging and he makes an effort not to make the lecture boring. If you attend his lectures or even just watch his recorded ones there's no way you won't get an A. This guys truly deserves double pay.

Prof Malek is honestly one of the best profs I've had. Very simple and straightforward guy. As long as you go to class, or watch the recorded lectures, you will do very well. Most of his exam questions are simple and straightforward, and if you study you will get an A. Content is also pretty interesting.

The university of Ottawa should just give Fadi 3 professors salaries and let him teach all the sections for the courses he teaches. I have learned more from his classes than any other professor.

Best Prof I had this semester. Course is straightforward but Fadi made it absolute joy to come to class. I love this man. Take a class with him if you can, you will not regret. Gives extra credit for participation too which is always nice.

If you find a better prof, I will personally pay you 100k. What a legend. Great lectures and well, everything. The course's labs are a bit of a handful but as long as you put 1% effort, everything goes smoothly.

Fadi is a very respected and caring prof. He gave extensions when we asked and even moved the midterm since we had so many other tests in a week. His main TA was a real gem, but the one that marked assignments gave absolutely no feedback.

EASILY the best prof I've ever had. I came into his classes with 0 background knowledge on anything close to the topics + no real interest in the course material, and he managed to make me really enjoy and thoroughly understand the material. I would take every single class of my major with him if I could. do not miss out on having him!!
