Can't explain how material relates to actual topic (it doesn't). Instructions vague and then mad when clarifying questions asked. Half the test questions on are irrelevant trivia (ie when was Linux invented?) OR obscure, convoluted vim commands and both are weighted the same. Give it a miss.

Knows what he is talking about but that's where the pros end. He doesn't know how to teach. Simple as that. No midterm review, tests are very difficult, doesn't like teaching. If there is one thing I've learned from this class, it's that most of these college classes mean nothing and I'll learn everything on the job down the road.

glen knows what hes talking about, but doesnt know how to get it across to his students. most of his classes you do the lab by yourself while he walks around the room. the class is very teach yourself. glen does not know how to teach.

He's just not good at teaching. This class was a pain! Going to the class was useless and a waste of time, you just can't understand him. The final exam was a huge nightmare when you still have no idea how the GameMaker works.

His method of teaching is better suited for boot camp. He may know the material but he is not very good at delivering it. His expects you to just walk in and absorb everything right away-no patience for students. He should watch the remarks and attitude he has with students-it will get him in trouble one of these days.

I was quite disappointed by glen this semester. While knowledgable, he is not very helpful and holds a certain disdain towards most of the class. Multiple students have been given 0% on assignments due to insignificant mistakes. Overheard him calling a certain student "a useless sprite"....

Easily one of the worst teachers I've had in my academic career. Borderline incompetent, unfriendly, and generally just the opposite of anything good one would want in a teacher. Few redeemable features.

Types too fast and if you ask him to slow down, he will tell you that you should type faster. Like not everyone has learned HTML or CSS before. Is not patient at all.

I personally found him to be extremely helpful to me. He was very patient and put up with my incessant questions. I got 90% in his class and had never done HTML before so clearly I found his teaching methods to be effective. Not to mention hes a pretty cool guy I choose my 2nd semester block just to have him again.

He was all over the place when he taught and showed us how to do stuff but taught another which confused a lot of people. Expected you to know stuff that was only taught in a small portion or not taught at all. During an midterm no one knew what they were doing so he decided he was going to teach during it.

He's not a bad guy to get along with, but he's not suited for teaching at all, he just runs through his code pretty fast and expects everyone to understand, and even when you ask a question, his answers still leave you puzzled, not to mention his strict tests and marking methods.
