Frank is so sweet and understanding and hes very passionate about what he teaches, so class is usually pretty interesting. Theres a lot of little assignments but he gives you plenty of extra time if you need it. The material is heavy, and theres a ton of reading that you should do for the exams, but the class really is a great choice!

Probably my favorite professor in college. He really cares about students success (he changed the syllabus to help students who fell behind with hw) it is book heavy but he gives study guides that help, and his tests are not hard! If you act like a college student you will get an A for sure. If you aren't interested in topics class will be dull.

This class is extremely boring. All he does is lecture incessantly about whatever comes to his mind. He barely reads off slides so his lectures are very hard to follow, because of that, his tests are very hard to study for and the questions are more confusing then they should be. This class is not super hard just the teacher is not the best.

Frank's class is rather redundant about simple psych principles, so as long as you have a good grasp on that and show up to class for the quizzes, you'll pass. Gave minimal effort and maintained an A. Lots of points for extra credit, so that's awesome. Pretty approachable, yet he'll challenge EVERYTHING you say so be ready with an explanation.

I love this man! He is so adorable. There are 2 exams (excluding final) & HW assignments. For 'attendance', You basically just watch videos and he gives you a popquiz at the end or you take notes in class and turn it in at the end of the day. You do 1 presentation with your group (you choose members).

TAKE HIS CLASS! He is a phenomenal professor: great lectures and very clear grading criteria. Plus, he is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. I hope and pray that I will have the opportunity to take another class with him. He's that good.

Show up to class, he gives points for attendance. Do the extra credit. I had a 120% because of all the bonus he gives. Tests were simple if you read the book and and went to class and just listened. The class is interesting and he shows cool videos pertaining to the lessons. The iclicker questions he asks show up on the test, so GO TO CLASS ((:

Class is useless because lectures mostly consist of videos of psychological studies that aren't even on the tests. However, the tests come directly out of the textbook, so read the textbook and fill out the study guides supplied by Dr. Weathers himself and ace every test. Loads and loads of extra credit.

Dr. Weathers is a really nice man, and you can tell he loves what he teaches. In class you watch a lot of videos, and clicker points help your grade a lot. Class doesn't really help you for the test, you just have to read the whole book. Gave a lot of extra credit that really helped my grade.

Dr. Weathers is a very smart man and knows what he is talking about. He gives plenty of extra credit that is pretty simple. Note taking is somewhat difficult if you are the type of person who needs to see notes on a powerpoint to write down. Very laid back and very nice guy. Tests are not easy but also not hard so all you need to do is study well.

Loved this class & this professor. Gives study guides for each chapter so you don't have to worry about studying extra material that's not on the exam. Use book to study, that's all you need. Tests are similar to clicker questions that he does in class (which are part of your grade). LOTS of extra credit. If you take intro to psych, take his class!

Lectures aren't very interesting & he told us not to take notes, his powerpoint slides only consist of pictures which isn't very helpful. We watch a lot of case studies on youtube. Going to class isn't mandatory but you do have to get 80 clicker points for participation. He gives a ton of extra credit and so does the TA! It can pull you up a lot

The class itself is very interesting but I had to put in a lot of work to actually do well on tests. He offers a ton of extra credit though, I can probably pull myself up an entire letter grade with a ll of the extra credit opportunities. Class isn't mandatory or really even necessary except for getting clicker points which can easily be done.

Great class, very interesting! This was a Special Topics class that focused on Behavior Therapy. Dr. Weathers is a really nice guy and gives tons of feedback on your assignments. Somewhat Socratic. I really enjoyed his class. If you take him, I would recommend buying the book. He tests on a lot of material out of the book not covered in lecture.

This class was awesome! He makes it easy for anyone who wants an A to get one. Make sure you go to class to get the in class assignments and if you study like he advises the tests will be cake. I would take Dr. Weathers anytime!!!

He is a little boring, but easy! He will go out of his way to help anyone- including people who don't deserve it, which is rare. I strongly recommend going to class- he gives major points for that and can move you up an entire letter grade. It can be a lot of work, but atleast you stand a shot of making an A.

He is an EXTREMElY nice and understanding guy. He offers a lot of points, so it is very probable that if you try you will make a great grade. There is a lot of work involved in this class, but none of it is difficult...just a lot! You should go to class b/c of class participation points, which really help your grade. I would definately take him

I have never had a bad professor, but I could NOT STAND this class! The most boring class ever. He talks just to hear himself. Says we might get out early sometimes but never do. Probably an interesting class, but he makes it terrible b/c he's so boring. lectured straight from powerpoints- 20 pages long! only interesting thing were the video clips
