I took this class online and had to withdraw halfway through. I missed tests because they were due Sunday at noon and I had a family thing pop up. she would not let me retake a test whatsoever. One of my quizzes cut out halfway through and I didn't get her email in time for me to take it again. very rude and sarcastic in literally every email.

Do not get her for an online class! She is very immature and does not answer questions like she is supposed to. She answered all my emails with a sassy remark. Her first test is the worse, its questions have NOTHING to do with the first chapter, otherwise, the other tests are having to read 2-4 chapters every 2 weeks. I loved music before her class

Jill is pretty nice most of the time but her assignments are very odd. Though they seem to be very easy she will take off points for no reason at all. You literally can do exactly as she asks and still lose points and she doesn't tell you what you did wrong. The class is pretty fun but her grading was kind of frustrating.

Jill is literally the best. I had her for a night class (5-7:45), and we barely ever said the whole time. Most time she puts movies on to watch, instead of lecturing. There were some group projects, but they are so easy. You have a few quizzes, but if you skim the book, you will be good to go. She is great, and I would take her again.

Online course. Never met the professor in person, but through email, she is completely rude and sarcastic. Maybe it makes her feel better to degrade students and expect no confrontation in return. You could be in the hospital and she would not let you retake a test online, proclaiming you just "procrastinated" and should have taken the test earlier

Jill is a trip and a half. First impression is a bit shocking, but once you get to know her she's hilarious. She has a kind heart, but a wild spirit. She won't hesitate to speak her mind, so be prepared. Class was super easy, and I loved getting out early every week!

If you need an easy A this is the class to take. We get out of class early almost every night and attend concerts instead of actually going to class. She is fun, spunky and will make fun of herself and probably you. Such an easy class, Jill is awesome!

Nice lady. Very helpful. But highly unprofessional. She does not handle the role of being a teacher well. She acts like she is still a student. If you take the online course she will accuse you of cheating if you make high grades. I made an A and she accused me more than once, which shows her intelligence level, or lack there of.

a HORRIBLE online class. you have to study really really hard and read all the material and understand all material 150% and remember everything or you wont do too swift. all stuff is timed, cant skip questions. just a hard class. i refuse to ever take another online class because of this!!!!!!

Jill O'Neill is an idiot. She might be "cool" to music appreciation students (who know nothing about music) but to her flute students she is mean and makes inappropriate comments about students' personal lives. Her concerts might 'pack the house' but they are totally unprofessional and make the music department look very bad.

TAKE THIS CLASS!!!! She is an amazing professor...very upbeat, funny, and productive. Our class got out early every time..and class was cancelled a lot. Class is NOT mandatory..and if you don't make an A in her class....you are the dumbest person ALIVE! She really helps her students by making the course as easy as possible! Take her!!

Mrs. O'Neill is CRAZY!! You will hardly ever do work and if she gives you homework, it's the easiest stuff in the world! Most of the time, she lets you out of class 2 hours before you are supposed to be let out, she's amazing, TAKE HER! Sometimes she comes to class in lingerie, weird but shes cool as hell.
