By far one of the worst professors I've had. His rubric isn't clear, papers make up your entire grade, and if you don't follow the rubric EXACTLY then you get zeros. I used to love history but this specific class makes me hate it more than any other class I've taken, and I've taken chemistry. If you can take any other professor DON'T TAKE HIM!!!!

The class was online but the class was interesting and easy. Essentially, majority of the grading comes from two papers, a book critique and a final paper. Both are extremely easy, a little time consuming but if you follow step by step from the professors sample paper, you should not receive less than an A. Great class, interesting assignments.

80% of your grade comes from 2 papers. Book Critique and final essay. In order to get a good grade on the critique you must follow the example EXACTLY. He grades based on his opinion. If you follow the example you should be okay. Beware: If you miss one of the papers or get a low score you might fail. Papers are graded on full or no points rubric

Class seems easy, quizzes w/ unlimited retakes, and 2 papers. However, directions for papers are all over the place and the grading rubric is different from directions. He doesn't give clarification on what he wants exactly and hardly communicated with us. We had to figure it out on our own each week.

At first, the grading criteria seemed quite manageable. Then as the semester progressed, I realized I had made a huge mistake by not dropping his class early on. If you want to reach him, GOOD LUCK on that! He rarely ever responds to you and makes it seem as though you are taking up his time... like isn't that your JOB? hmmm... I wouldn't take him

I took this class during the Spring semester and it was the easiest history class I have ever taken. I never used the book. All assignments were on Canvas and easy As. I wrote the blogs based on the presentations he provided on Canvas. Do well on the midterm book review and the final project and youll be fine. I never went to class and I got A.

I took the online version of Greene's class and it was extremely easy. Quizzes due every sunday and can also be retaken as many times, blogs are just two paragraphs about any topic on the given powerpoint. Two heavy grades originate from the book critique and final paper, gives clear instructions and rubrics on what to do. Follow it and you'll pass

I dont like 2 give bad reviews, but I do however need to let anyone with disabilities that this isnt the class for them. I found assignments not very self explanatory n whenever I needed Professor 2 plz explain email responds was either not that helpful or too late... maybe he is better in person but sadly in my online experience it wasnt

I took his fast track class. It was very straight forward. there are 2 big papers that basically decide your grade but he give you a grading rubric telling you exactly what he wants in the papers. His lectures can be dull but if you ask questions he will answer them.

I took this as a fast track class and honestly, his class is really easy to pass. A few people in the class didn't get the best grades but it was because they never did the work. He gives clear guide lines for how he grades and even goes so far to give you an entire sample paper for the book critique. He's awesome and tries to make the class fun.

His online class is super easy! You have specific blog posts and quizzes due at the end of each week and 2 projects. Very straight forward grading criteria. The material is strongly based upon the text but his power points are helpful too. Its an easy A. Definitely would take him again

Very easy class, although time consuming. There are weekly quizzes and blogs but can be taken as many times as you want. He does accept late work. All quiz questions come from the textbook. There are two papers which are fairly easy, but you do have to so some research. No final. Currently taking his HIST2 class and its basically the same.

Greene was honestly one of the best professors I've ever had. At first I thought college was going to be a pain, but he made it easy and kind of entertaining. While he stuck to the criteria we had to learn, he would spice it up, crack a few jokes, and even give his own experiences. I highly recommend him as a professor. 5 out of 5 hands down!

This class was online and consisted of a weekly quiz and forum. You are allowed to take the quizzes until you get the grade you desire! There are two bagpipers that make up a big portion of your grade, book critique and final paper. Class is pretty easy, follow the paper guidelines exactly. Pretty easy A, if you do the work.

Took this class online, and it consists of a quiz and forum every week. You may take the Quiz over and over until you get the grade you desire. There are two big papers that make up a big chunk of your grade (Book Review and Final Paper), they are not very hard. Class is overall easy. Take the class, do the work, you'll pass.

The class consists of weekly quizzes (as many retakes as needed) and weekly discussion boards (say anything and you get 100%). Two big assignments, the book critique and final paper. They're both super easy. Take this class you'll get an A+. I've had him for two classes online now and both were the same and so easy.
