A very caring and knowledgeable man! You can learn as little or as much as you want in this course. To be honest, after the first unit test I stopped trying completely and still passed with a 96% because EVERYTHING is on Quizlet. Use that information wisely.

Dan is a very nice and caring guy. His class was very easy as long as you showed up. There was a lot of online work but it was easy to bring your grade up if you actually did it. Each class period was 2 hours of powerpoint slides but that's all that the multiple choice tests were (4 tests, most with 10 extra credit questions). Highkey enjoyed class

Dr. Collison is a great professor and an overall caring man. His lectures can be long, but he adds in personal stories and real life examples which makes them a bit easier to bare. All the homework is online and simple, due WedFriSun. Quizzes online due every Sunday with infinity attempts. Don't bother getting the book, didn't open it once.

Dr. Collison is a very sweet and knowledgeable man! The lectures can be a little boring at some points because it is an introductory course but overall they aren't that bad. Tests are easy with extra credit at the end! This class is an easy A and Dr. Collison is a kind and caring professor. Would definitely recommend this course!

Easiest class on campus if you just pay attention. Everything on the tests you've already seen if you look at the powerpoints. One of the teachers who's just a good dude. Real easy class.

I really loved this class and the prof! In my class the homework was identical every week. Everything was online and the due dates were spread out throughout the week. We had no surprise quizzes and no papers. Sometimes the lectures would get a little boring but that can be expected in a two hour lecture.

I LOVED Dr. Collison. All of his lectures are interactive and he's very knowledgeable in his field. There is a lot of homework with 3 due dates a week, but there's a reason he does it and it helps you in the long run. Tests are easy if you do the homework. Would definingly take another class with him.

Great teacher and sets his students up for success. He knows what he is talking about and has a vast knowledge in the world of psychology. A very respectful professor and changes up his lectures frequently and is constantly doing things to make this an interactive learning class. Boring lectures sometimes but usually interactive and interesting.

I was in Professor Collison's PSYC-W01 class in 2017. Very good professor; has years of experience which he calls upon when teaching his class. I discussed politics with him quite a lot, he knows what he's talking about! Would definitely take again!

Easy class, laid back. Hybrid course. Each week do the PsychSims by Wednesday night and quizzes by Sunday nights. You have about 4 tests total and the vast majority of the questions are from the weekly quizzes which he will give you a website to access them again if you ask. Powerpoints are on Blackboard, so you don't have to worry about notes.

Dr. Collison is by far my favorite teacher Ive had. He is super helpful and wants you to succeed. There are weekly quiz's but they are not extremely hard. he does what he can to make the info interesting and personal to you. He is layd back on your attendance, but don't skip class there's so much to learn!

Rather easy class. Just had a quiz or two every week. Then a test every three weeks. However, I took it during the summer so things were a little fast. Study the quizzes, and you will do fine on the tests. If you have a question he e-mails you relatively soon, or just ask him on blackboard.

Great teacher! I enjoyed waking up at 8AM every morning and going to his class. Makes class fun and funny. No sense in buying the text book. I got an A without reading it and just studying the quizzes.

EXCELLENT PROFESSOR!! The class required a lot of work as you would expect with a 4 credit class. He actually cares about the success of his students and knows that things happen in peoples' lives and is willing to help you out if you ask for it. The only negative thign I can say is the paper we had to write was not well explained.

He is very nice and VERY lenant when it comes to due dates for night class. Sometimes he randomly lets you turn things in late. Very nice guy with great stories! I like him a lot.
