This beginner class are not for people that know absolutely nothing about Greek Mythology. Meghan (assistant) is nice, but will fail you on a test for minor mistakes.

Awesome professor. Lectures are interesting, knows a lot about what he teaches. Very excited about the subject matter. Tests are all memorization, but he gives you a review sheet with everything on it.

I love Prof. Gregg. He makes getting up at 9:35 on Friday a little less painful! Attendance is mandatory, which is a pain, but everything that is on his tests (which are pretty meticulous) are covered in lecture. And I agree with one of the previous reviewers - he does love phallic symbols! Great class. Take it if you can.

I wasn't sure I liked this guy at the beginning of the class. For some reason he rubbed me wrong at the beginning, but by the end he'd won me over. He's informal enough to keep things interesting while maintaining enough formality to keep things moving and let you know he means business. Go to every class, and prepare to study, but grading is fair.

He is a hell of a good professor... very interesting lectures. But his tests are hella hard, probably the hardest in the AH department. I would say take this class if you want to learn a lot about ancient art, but if aren't AMAZING at memorizing things, don't expect an A.

He's a good professor, but he talks a lot about phallic symbols and really hates cell phones.

It's a good class, but there's a lot of memorization required.
