You don't want to have to take this class, and he doesn't want to have to teach it. It's practically impossible to get a 10 on the writing prompts, but all you have to do is pass the class.

Wow....what a hard class. Saylor is a really nice guy and I like him alot. I got a D on the 1st test. After that no matter how hard I studied or knew the material, I would not get above a C! The Lab section is awesome! HAve an A in that! Unless you are an ANSC major and this class is required I suggest keeping away!

What a boring class! The material was easy, except no matter how well I knew the material I couldn't get above a C on his tests. He tries to trick you on the tests. It didn't matter if I didnt study at all or if I studied for hours on end, I still got the exact same grade. His test format sucks. I will never go into nutrition. Thanks Saylor!

Definately a boring subject, but a nice guy and a good teacher. Be sure to study diagrams and notes. Actually trying to learn the material goes a lot further in the end. It makes the final easier...

Dr. Saylor is my favorite teacher that I've had at Delaware so far. This class really got me interested in nutrition and on top of that he is such a good guy. This class isn't bad, come to class and take notes, you'll do well. Also, if you can take his winter session class it was really fun and interesting. Saylor's the best.

This class tends to be boring and tedious but if you go to class and study you will do just fine. Just a note about the honors section, the field trips make it worth it. There are extra papers, a debate put on (in front of the ENTIRE class), and you DO have to take the final and these are not fun.

Not too bad a class, very boring topic, but he tries to make it interesting. Def do the practice tests, he includes some Q's verbatim on tests. STUDY handouts....reading doesn't really help. Come to class and you'll be ok
